"The hotel is beautiful and huge, so definitely be prepared to do a lot of walking! The buffet food was okay, but if I could do it again, I would skip the buffets and make reservations at the à la carte restaurants because they were delicious. The entertainment was also really good every night. My only real complaint was the beach, but that’s understandable given the season. Also, some of the employees seemed to get annoyed when you asked for things not all of them, just a few. Other than that, we had a great experience! My kids had an absolute blast, and that’s what mattered most to me."

"I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancun, and it lived up to the hype! Less than a year old, the resort is modern, clean, and well maintained. Smaller, easy to navigate, and relaxing. 💰 Value: The price was reasonable; pool-view rooms are standard with no upcharge. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a king bed and loved it. 🏖️ Beach: You can access the beach from the resort, but it’s VERY small and not really walkable. Keep this in mind if the beach is your priority. 🍽️ Dining: There are Italian, Mexican, Spanish and Caribbean restaurants, plus a pizzeria and buffet. Specialty restaurants aren’t open daily, so check the schedule. No reservations are accepted; seating is first come, first served. 👏 Service: The staff was fantastic! Shoutout to Ceidi, who helped me find another restaurant when La Brisa had an hour wait and followed up to make sure I was okay. Mario, my cabana server, was equally amazing—attentive and kept my drinks and water flowing. They understood the assignment! 😂 🎶 Atmosphere: I visited during off-season, so it was quiet and not at full capacity. Daily activities and evening entertainment continued, with few kids. One area for improvement is the lighting. Pathways and stairwells were minimal at night. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Great value, beautiful property, and modern rooms, plus excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere. I’d absolutely return and recommend it! 🌴☀️🍹"

"A Truly Unforgettable Experience! Secrets was nothing short of spectacular from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, exceptional hospitality, and an impressive level of attention to detail that immediately made us feel special. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking—elegant, luxurious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a true luxury experience. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone we encountered was gracious, attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warmth and hospitality truly elevated our entire vacation. And the food was phenomenal! The quality, presentation, variety, and flavors exceeded our expectations. From breakfast to dinner, every meal felt like an experience of its own. The restaurants were beautiful, the service was impeccable, and we were continuously impressed by the culinary offerings throughout the resort. What stood out most was the resort’s commitment to making guests feel completely pampered and cared for. "This resort was simply divine! We traveled with 2 kids, 5 & 8 and they had such a blast here. It’s 3 resorts in 1 so you have access to the entire property during your stay. We stayed at Ventus Ha but also visited the Ventus marina and other Ventus resort. Rooms were spacious and accommodated our family of 4 with plenty of space. Breakfast at the buffet was great but we truly enjoyed the lunch buffet daily! The food was flavorful and lots of healthy choices if you are on a healthy journey. Our son loved the cliff jump over at marina and our daughter enjoyed"
