At the moment of arrival you can tell how clean and well maintained the entire property is. The pools, room, bars, restaurants were all spotless. Crews constantly cleaning everything. We had such a great time, the food was varied, delicious and well prepared. The drink service both bar and poolside never left us wanting anything else. The entertainment was fun in the pools, yet we were able to relax and have peace and quiet in our swim up. We are thrilled that we chose to visit

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Jorge, Armando, and Ivan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. Property was very nice and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Ivan at the 5 o’clock swim up bar was the best! The foam party on Saturday was a blast. My only complaints are the lack of a beach and there really wasn’t much to do aside from eat and drink. There were activities throughout the day and we did partake in trivia and Mexican lottery one day. We also made use of the pickle ball and shuffle board courts. I wish they had a nightclub or even a dance floor at the landshark.
