「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. 「El Dorado Casitas Royale is one of my favorite places to be. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. They are prompt in giving assistance when needed. We were able to book our dinner reservations with no issues. The room was clean the mini bar was always stocked. I can't wait to go back. 」
