"Check in process was smooth and convenient. Odalys at the Expedia check-in counter accommodated early check-in and helped us with reservations of restaurants and everything we needed throughout the trip. This property is one of the best all inclusive we’ve ever been to, from staff and services to drinks and food. But the party scene here is unmatched to anything we have ever experienced. Perhaps that’s why this place attracts the best crowd from around the world, super respectful and social / friendly people come to this resort. Thank you for the amazing time, we will be back soon "

"Breakfast was pretty pricey for a very okay buffet but Cancún is Cancún. Rooms fine, big and bright. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Was there for the Hyrox at the Malecon, if you’re going for that it’s perfect location."

"Please beware when looking into booking this property. I booked a room at this hotel but there are two hotels on this property. The Oh! and Smart Hotel. I was given a room at the Smart hotel which is the more economical and less updated of the two and has a price difference. When I asked about it in the lobby, they did confirm that there was a difference in the rooms so when I asked why I was given something I had not booked they changed their story and said their was no difference and they were both equivalent. I wouldn’t know because I never got to see the room I originally booked. No where on this site does it say that they can place you in either building. Very deceiving. The elevator on the other side of the building was definitely much bigger and a lot nicer. To make matters worse, on our third and last day, they had a major leak and the lobby smelled of sewage. They also turned off the water 2hrs to check out time without the courtesy of notifying guests or even offering a solution. Worse experience at a hotel yet! "
