"This was our 4th stay in two years, and at this point we’re pretty sure we’ve officially found our vacation home. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff here is completely unmatched compared to any other resort we’ve stayed at—and we’ve stayed at quite a few. Right from check-in, two females absolutely set the tone. We were celebrating my wife's 39th birthday after our flights were cancelled due to bad weather. 10/10 welcome. The Playmakers are always a highlight, especially Cowboy—who somehow always knows when it’s our first day back and always manages to rope me into pool games. I don’t know how he does it, but I fall for it every time. Between the Playmakers and the staff overall, we genuinely feel like family when we stay. St. Patrick's Day at the Sexy Pool was 10/10. All the playmakers showed up in amazing costumes and on stilts. Throw in a foam party and I've never seen the pool that energetic. Great job everyon! Now, to keep it real—there are a few downsides (because perfection is suspicious). The buffet is… meh at best. We definitely prefer the Italian and Hibachi. We didn't look at room service options this time as, in the past, we don't enjoy the offerings. We’d love to see more tiered guestroom options when it comes to comfort. The rooms are fine, but we miss that “ahhh” moment—you know, when you walk in and instantly feel wrapped in plush, luxurious relaxation. One more note from the pool: the music. We love energy, but the nonstop techno with the sam"

"Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price."

"Breakfast was pretty pricey for a very okay buffet but Cancún is Cancún. Rooms fine, big and bright. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Was there for the Hyrox at the Malecon, if you’re going for that it’s perfect location."

"Please beware when looking into booking this property. I booked a room at this hotel but there are two hotels on this property. The Oh! and Smart Hotel. I was given a room at the Smart hotel which is the more economical and less updated of the two and has a price difference. When I asked about it in the lobby, they did confirm that there was a difference in the rooms so when I asked why I was given something I had not booked they changed their story and said their was no difference and they were both equivalent. I wouldn’t know because I never got to see the room I originally booked. No where on this site does it say that they can place you in either building. Very deceiving. The elevator on the other side of the building was definitely much bigger and a lot nicer. To make matters worse, on our third and last day, they had a major leak and the lobby smelled of sewage. They also turned off the water 2hrs to check out time without the courtesy of notifying guests or even offering a solution. Worse experience at a hotel yet! "
