The space was comfortable from the moment you walk through the gate. First Jose is a wonderful concierge and the entire staff was very warm and welcoming. If you are looking for a space that feels more like home than a hotel but you still want the amenities then this is the place for you. Only thing I would enhance is the pool temp being controlled.

It was the first time that I have stayed at the property and was suitably impressed by the hotel and notably the staff who were focused and friendly. The location is well placed for restaurants in the downtown area as well as the ADO autobus station. I will certainly stay again when passing through Cancun.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Costumer service was amazing everyone was super friendly! They have a security gate and made us feel so safe! Our studio suite was very clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed that way every day! The location was perfect only 5 min from the ADO bus station and in walking distance from Mercado 28 and Parque las Palapas! We had a few drinks at the pool and they were really good! Overall a really quiet place to enjoy without any crowds!

This new property was such a surprise. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were all super kind and helpful. The market is right across the street and lines of different restaurants are walkable along with a grocery store as well. I would very much recommend staying here!

A lovely property in not the most lovely part of town. Perfectly safe, many amenities nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the pool is perfectly lovely. The room was clean, the a/c worked perfectly, my stay was excellent in every way possible. Great valur for money if you don't mind being in a very pedestrian neighborhood.

After more than 70 countries and couple of hundreds hotels i most say that this is my Top 5. Didnt expect this kind of place outside the resort. We didnt wanted to staybatvthe crowded resort area so this was à jackpot. The place is spottless and Really good service. This is like an luxury hotel and your own home. We stayed for 10 nights with our boys. We were really taked care from the first minute, you can see that they really care about you. The staff are amazing and they make you feel at home, the hotel is super clean and you can also cook your own food. You have really good Tacos around the corner with local people. My last word is WOW and
