Luma was such an amazing hotel for our first time in Mexico. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helped us get taxis that weren't trying to over charge us and were overall so polite.

Really good hotel for the price. Nothing fancy like the hotelzone hotels but if you want authentic local vibes downtown is the place to stay and everything is cheaper as well. AC worked good free gated parking was a great perk as well.

Very comfortable stay. Nice shower, comfy bed, and since we specifically asked for interior room had no noise even though you can walk right out of hotel and are right in the center. About a 7 minute walk to the ado station. The park nearby has tons of food stands to grab an elote and tons of other goodies.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Luma by Kavia, and when I return to Cancun, I expect to book with them again. For those interested in traveling to Cancun for a "medical/dental vacation", this option is much less expensive than the hotel district, very quiet, and quite pleasant. Also, the surrounding restaurants and stores have better prices here. My favorite restaurants in the area were Gory Tacos (say hi to Bart) and Baovegan, an excellent vegan restaurant. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Very nice!

I was very happy about my stay! The location is perfect! The staff was friendly! And it's super clean! The only problem is that it's right next to a club so it's hard to sleep well without earplugs but it's not their fault...

Hotel staff were very helpful, gave reccomendations for food, arranged taxis and even helped to communicate with our next hotel. Rooms were large and spacious. Only downside, we were on the ground floor so couldnt open the blinds without passers by being able to see in and could have done with a hand towel.

We were there only for a day because our flight was late at night, so we did not even sleep here. But the room was big and spacious, so was the shower. We walked around for quite some time to try to find decent restaurants, to find out that we had a few great options just a bit further across the street.
