Overall, the property itself was very nice and well-kept. The room was comfortable, and the bed made for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated that they provided plenty of water, along with a nice coffee and tea setup, which was a thoughtful touch. Basic toiletries like soap were also included, which was nice. That said, the experience felt somewhat limited. The pool hours were very restricted, and the overall service didn’t feel especially generous or accommodating. There was a certain “budget” or slightly cheap feeling to the hotel, even though parts of it were nice. One downside was the TV—it was quite outdated and not very enjoyable to use. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night—good for getting some rest—but it’s not the kind of place I’d choose for a longer, vacation-style stay

Please beware when looking into booking this property. I booked a room at this hotel but there are two hotels on this property. The Oh! and Smart Hotel. I was given a room at the Smart hotel which is the more economical and less updated of the two and has a price difference. When I asked about it in the lobby, they did confirm that there was a difference in the rooms so when I asked why I was given something I had not booked they changed their story and said their was no difference and they were both equivalent. I wouldn’t know because I never got to see the room I originally booked. No where on this site does it say that they can place you in either building. Very deceiving. The elevator on the other side of the building was definitely much bigger and a lot nicer. To make matters worse, on our third and last day, they had a major leak and the lobby smelled of sewage. They also turned off the water 2hrs to check out time without the courtesy of notifying guests or even offering a solution. Worse experience at a hotel yet!

Literally an oasis away from the beach! Very relaxing and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food from pastries to fruits. Lots of restaurants nearby for Dinner.

Hotel is amazing and in a great area! Everything you will love about this place from amenities to breakfast to room and staff. Only thing that was lacking is room has very thin wall especially near ice vending machine and it makes lot of noise.

This is my fifth stay at the hotel in recent years and I always look forward to the visit on account of friendly and personable staff as well as excellent amenities notably the pool area which is wonderful. Since my previous stay, the gym has been upgraded with new improved facilities and equipment.

The front desk staff had a very poor attitude, so please be aware. Make sure you bring enough cash, as there is an additional fee upon arrival referred to as the “Cancun tax,” and it can only be paid in pesos or U.S. dollars. The bathroom in the room is extremely small. If you’re planning to enjoy a nice, relaxing shower here, don’t expect too much.
