「Everything was perfect. The property was clean and they worked very hard daily to maintain. The food was excellent and you could not ask for more attentive, friendly, warm staff. We did not want for anything our entire stay. As they say, the hardest part was leaving.」

「The property is beautifully maintained but the best part was the incredible staff. Everyone was so happy and friendly.」

「This was one of the most relaxing trips I've ever been on. So clean, refreshing, and the views of the beach and the hotel itself was breathtaking. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying their again.」

「Just an absolutely amazing property, with great rooms, great service, and great food. The staff is very helpful. They take care of you, and the views from the rooms are amazing. It was raining, and it was also sunny at certain times, and both were enjoyable.」

「We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!」

「It's a large property with so much to do! I highly recommend it for families.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. We took full advantage of all the amenities. Mosquitos were really mean this season tho. Food has always been hit or miss at all the resorts I’ve stayed in. My family and I love “Flavor” and it just seems catered to those who like bland food. However, the restaurants made up for the buffet.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now. I can tell they property is kept pretty well compared to a lot of resorts I’ve visited in the past. Recommend for sure. Rooms were clean, food is ok. Not necessarily authentic Mexican food, but still decent.」

「Es el último hotel del stirp」

「Very good food! Clean beach. Good customer service.」

「What an amazing trip for my family. From the easy included transportation, to the entrance at the park being so secured, to the room and staff. You were part of Nickelodeon during the stay that my son can't wait to go back!」

「The rooms could be nicer! But everthing else is great!」

「Staff is rude, servers at bar understaffed so you’re going to be waiting a long time for drinks, the thermostat in my room was broken . The manager Dafne is racist and rude. I wouldn’t book here I’ve been to far better resorts in cancun」
