"Our stay was excellent, the food was delicious, the staff is super nice and friendly! The cook in the taco stand (yellow van), went the extra miles by preparing my Mexico Doritos that I bought, super awesome service, our beach waiter (Marco) also did an excellent job, the last day he surprised us with a special drink made out of a grapefruit into a racoon, the drink inside was a Paloma so delicious! "

"It was great and we really liked the property. The food was good and the staff was wonderful. There are 2 things that really took away from all the good things- 1) they charge you ridiculous prices to use he internet. If you have 5 devices it’s $50 per day and your resort fee doesn’t count toward this and the WiFi is terrible. Make it free like every resort this side of 2020. 2) the restaurants were great but the lines to eat at the buffet at peak were ridiculous. Way too long, sometimes 30-60 mins and that’s not good when you have hungry kids. Reservations at the restaurants were very hard to get. "

"Our trip started out very good food and drinks were very good. Restaurants had awesome service and food with lots of variety. Pools and the beaches were exceptional. The sargassum wasn’t to bad the crews did there best to clean it up. The last couple days of our trip weren’t that great as our year and a half old daughter got very sick. The staff and the doctor on site were very helpful in the end she had to go to the hospital for treatment. The staff were amazing people who had helped us with getting to the hospital asap. Also with other things like making sure we had everything we needed. I should mention we have 2 other daughters who are older I stayed with them at resort while my wife went to the hospital with our youngest who was sick. The person that helped us a lot was Armando Martinez at guest services. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and would do anything he could to help us and make us feel comfortable at a stressful time. There was another gentleman from guest services who had helped also I cannot remember his name but he also did an amazing job. We ended up staying an extra 2 days due to our baby girl couldn’t fly due to her sickness. They allowed us to stay in the same room which was great. The staff made us feel like they really cared for us which was really nice as it was a difficult time. Also want to mention that the doctor ran to our room as we called front desk that we needed him to come asap. Great people who work here!!"

"This is a fantastic resort, head and shoulders above the standard Cancun style. Excellent food, classy environments, gorgeous rooms, and an impressive attention to detail in all respects. In a quiet and secluded part of the Riviera (...for now) it offers a calm and welcome alternative to the stereotypical all inclusive getaway. I don't usually travel to all inclusive resorts, but I would certainly consider returning here. Did I mention the excellent food? Overall, amazing value for the price from beginning to end."

"Nice property with beautiful roof top pool, club area is great with ocean front swim out and suite. kids club was excellent, food was ok (surprising in Mexico) and staff were nice but had better service at other Hyatts overall. Evening entertainment was ok."
