「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「We had an amazing stay! Our room was at Ventus Ha which was new, modern and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to enjoy pools at all 3 resorts. Dinner reservations were difficult to make however. If we had known that we would have upgraded to Platinum. Otherwise the food was fantastic, staff were friendly, we will definitely be back!」
