「The hotel facility and all of waiter is super friendly and awesome great but the employee in souvenir store looks angry and impatience when we buy the plate of spoon. Also meet the problem when our friend want to enter the entrance to pick up us. 」

「I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff...

「Good food, friendly staff, great connection to nature. Any haters on hear saying otherwise have unreasonable standards or an axe to grind for some reason. Waterpark was fun for the kids, evening shows were good. Definitely reccomend the cutural fire ceremony. We booked theough expedia so used the concierge service to book a la cart meals, which we heard fill up fast if using the resorts "app" (actually a web portal) I would visit again but probably for l9nger than our 1 week stay.」
