The staff were friendly and did their best to assist, though they seemed limited by the hotel’s policies and available resources—something that reflects more on management than on the team itself. The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. One downside was the strong push to become a timeshare member in order to access certain amenities, which took away from the overall experience. There were also several cost-saving measures that made the stay feel somewhat restrictive. For example, room service requires a $100 fee to use, and guests are limited to two bottled waters per day, with the expectation to refill at water stations. After spending time in the sun, having access to chilled bottled water would have been much more refreshing than room-temperature refills. Also, rooms had paper thin walls which made it difficult to sleep some nights hearing all the doors shutting or guest walking through the halls. On a positive note, the staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, which was appreciated. However, other limitations stood out—alcohol service is restricted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., so enjoying something like a mimosa with breakfast isn’t an option. Additionally, there was only one coffee station available, which could be inconvenient during busier times. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were highlights, the various restrictions and policies made the experience feel more limited than expected

No issues with our stay. They are a green property and only provide two water bottles on the first night. After that you are expected to use your own cup to refill for water or ask for a cup of water. I had to purchase water bottles during our entire stay, had I realized this sooner I would have booked elsewhere. They do not have much of a selection on Mexican food. Transportation is only for club members. Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay.

This is a budget all‑inclusive, and you get what you pay for. The food was below average, and dinner reservations were nearly impossible unless you wanted to eat very late. We actually went into Cancun for dinner a couple nights, which defeats the purpose of an all‑inclusive. Surprisingly, the best food was the hamburgers at the pool buffet. Drinks were disappointing—very sweet with little alcohol. The only reliable drink was a rum and Coke. There’s just one pool bar and one lobby bar, resulting in long lines. The pool bar closes at 6 PM, leaving only the lobby bar for the entire resort. Rooms are outdated with rough and dingy towels and a rusty jetted tub (we didn’t use it), but the beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, and AC worked great. Big positive: the staff were amazing—friendly, hardworking, and always hustling.

The hotel was good , staff were always very welcoming and the front desk staff were great at checkin a checkout! The Ala carte reservations in Marco Polo and Asian were both great food!! The buffet lacks however for dinner was disappointing on choices but the lunch buffet was very good. I was disappointed in the lack of Mexican options available at buffet at other hotels we had much better. Pool was good just make sure to get up earlier to grab a chair the beach seemed to always have a chair to use

Overall the resort is okay. We stayed here for a little over a week. The pros: friendly staff, clean pool, great location, spacious rooms. The cons: buffet food is bland, plumbing issues, getting drinks at the buffet is extremely difficult, constaly having to wait in line to get a burger or a slice of pizza, all drink are watered down and just feel like sugar water. Also, there is absolutely no good coffee or tea at the resort After my experience, I would not recommend this resort to my close friends. However, it might be okay to some. Hopefully they improve in the future.

**Title: Great Stay with Friendly Staff and a Few Small Improvements** My family and I spent 4 days in Cancun, Mexico at the Royal Solaris All Inclusive, and this was actually our second time staying here. We truly loved our stay. Our room was nice and even had a jacuzzi, which made it feel extra relaxing. One of the best parts of the resort is the staff. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, friendly, and welcoming, which really made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was the pool bar service. The bartenders were working incredibly hard, but there were only two of them and they were completely swamped. Because of that, you often had to wait quite a while to get a drink. They definitely could use more help there. As for the food, the food served by the pool was the best in my opinion. I wasn’t a big fan of the dinner options and wish there were more choices, especially more American-style dishes. I also didn’t care much for the drinks because they were very sweet. It would be nice if they offered more American-style mixers. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

From the moment of check in after a long day of travel, the front desk pawns you off to a timeshare hustle. The hotel is dated and multiple dispensaries such as water fountains and soda machine does not work. The food is probably the worst I’ve experienced in Mexico and other all inclusive. The so called RSVP restaurants were no better and not to mention hard to schedule. My son(13) who works out often was not allowed to use the gym even accompanied by me. Staff had some hardworking employees per usual but many staff members were not interested in helping unless they got something out of it. Rooms were somewhat upgraded and kept clean(one of the few impressionable experiences). Overall, the resort is trying to get by with the bare minimum in items and quality. I highly suggest staying somewhere else and spending the extra cash.

Room was clean staff was rude food was horrible ocean view was great pool was fun, bartenders were extremely rude not really accommodating to grown ups. Wouldn’t come back again, me and my family left a day early

Kind and responsive staff, comfortable and cool room, lots of fun activities and awesome to access the night club at hotel next door. My only complaint was the food quality was poor even at the restaurants. But I expect that from an all inclusive- the drinks were great!

This was the 2nd year in a row my family with 2 children below 5 years old went to this hotel. We love it!! The staff is very friendly, amenities and activities for adults and children are great. Food is good too.

Staff was friendly, clean room, beautiful ocean view. Hotel located 15 mins from airport and on the beach. The two buffets were really good, nice selection of food. We were surprised that we had to ask for guacamole. Out of the three restaurants we enjoyed the Asian one the best. People put towels on lounge chairs early am to reserve and we had a daily hunt for lounge chairs. This shouldn’t be allowed. Beach was nice but water was rough. Lounge bar closed at 11Pm and had no ambiance. Only option to have drinks later than 11 pm was a five minute walk over to the sister resort’s sports bar/disco that was open until 1 am. Pathway to sister resort kinda sketchy. No outdoor bar at night after pool bar closed, we were disappointed that we had to have drinks inside and the bar was closed at 1 am.

Yes great room and view of ocean. Only issue ice machine doesn’t work usaual no hot water for shower but tub on deck had scalding hot water but over all great place

Nos dieron una habitación con vista a la laguna Dijimos que festejábamos aniversario de bodas Y nos adornaron nuestra habitación , botella de vino espumoso , cena especial … la atención de todo el personal fue muy bonita ,la Srta Kenia reyes nos ayudó mucho ojalá siempre tengan tan bonito personal , el chef Emanuelle Ballini Definitivamente volveremos
