「Hermoso todo y excelente servicio」

「Grounds and gardens are beautiful. Staff in general very polite and helpful. However, rooms are old and tired - desperately need refurbishment. Restaurant service is mixed. We were a party of 8 - our alleged server kept disappearing and never came toi the table unless we asked someone to find her. We had to ask 3 or 4 times for water. It was buffet lunch and they gave me dirty look when I didn't add a tip. Why should I - they didn't do anything.」

「Buenas instalaciones, amplios y bonitos jardines, si regresaría nuevamente.」

「The gym equipment was outdated and some machines don't work. The hot water was not working on the shower also the bathroom in our room has a sewage smell. The restaurant have lower options of dishes to eat every day.」
