"Iberostar selection riviera in puerto morelos was a good stay for our 6 nights 7 days stay. . We recommend. foods-amazing. I loved that the fine dinings were walk in. The only draw back was that sometimes there were lengthy wait for 25 to 40 minutes for a table so don't go hungry. Entertainmewnt-many in the day. The night limited, the entertainment was cut off around 10 pm The Indigo bar stays open until around 1 am, If talking and drinking is your thing. On the first night we arrived after 11pm, there was a dj. WE loved the 45 minutes live shows that we saw. The room was big and clean with some basic amenities. Slippers, gowns, toothpaste, cotton buds, toothbrush and shower caps were absent. The usually 5 star amenities were absent. The slippers and gowns are only given to prestige guest. Having been to other 5 star resorts these are usually just basically included for all guest. The food options were many, nicely timed to keep you filled. No beach side grill but pool side food is made available. Room service is 11am to 10pm (also not a 5 star rating amenity). Beach had weeds. Expected, time of year and not a deal breaker as we are from the island. There are many pools. They are not deep so good for all. Honorable mentions: Alex and Dulce from cafe.~Great service. Mike (bellman) ~Top Class courtesy, BIG UP from Jamaica. Thanks hotel for BDay courtesy. The female bar attendant at la brisa bar. (name forgotten).-Pleasant and attentive. Would we stay again.. YES"

"We loved our stay vacation was exactly what we were looking for the property is beautifully designed with different pool and bar options food was delicious staff was great The only issue we had was being greeted by a sales staff member disguised as a concierge trying to push a meeting with the time share sales staff . We had no intention of buying so we declined but they stand and sit right by the elevator most of the day."

"Ava resort is lovely, quite close to airport- about 10mins away. Plenty choices for food- they have Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican grill, intercontinental buffet, steak, teppayanki. You do have to book early for some of them as they get booked quickly. There’s also almost 24 hours room service; a cafe that u can order sandwiches for tours etc or just food in the middle, and an ice cream place. They also have a teens club from 11 years though family time in the afternoons & evening where the whole family can go- has games, basketball pitch, some table football & tennis & drinks. There is also a kids club. They also have tennis court if u want to hire though closes 5.30 or so. There is lots of pools, obstacle course on the pool & kayaking which was included for us as part of the all inclusive- u just need to book but we got on same day within an hour. Our room was a family suite & we were upgraded to the one with a jacuzzi which was lovely. They also ask if any special occasions when I go to restaurant & they celebrated our anniversary which was lovely. There is a games arcade, bowling, FX gaming, spa but you pay extra for these. My only ish to s the aggressive marketing- literally when we arrived someone was trying to get us to book us on a presentation rather than telling us about the hotel & our benefits. That was a big turn off Thankfully we were assigned a PA who told us more about the activities available and would contact me each day to book whatever we needed."

"Quiero recomendar este resort porque, en general, tuve una excelente experiencia. La calidad y el servicio fueron muy buenos, y sin duda lo recomiendo. Como sugerencia para mejorar aún más la experiencia, considero que podrían incluir más opciones de entretenimiento y extender el horario de los bares de la piscina. La piscina está disponible las 24 horas, pero los bares cierran a las 6:00 p. m., por lo que sería ideal que permanecieran abiertos durante más tiempo. También quiero destacar el excelente trabajo de varios miembros del personal: * David, del spa * César, del Satsu * Arturo y Aquino, del buffet * Graciela, de Housekeeping * Camila, de la recepción *Enrique del bar del lobby Los chicos de los ejercicios en la picsina no Recuerdo sus nombres !!! Todos fueron demasiado amables, atentos y profesionales. Se nota que realizan su trabajo con mucha dedicación y hacen que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea aún mejor. ¡Muchas gracias a todos por su excelente servicio! Volveré !!!!"
