The scenery is breathtaking, and it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, and take in the beauty of Cancun. Chris, Miguel & Luis were just phenomenal."

"The only downside is that it doesn’t have its own nightlife / party. You can travel to the other sister hotels but you need to leave by specific days as it’s because of shuttles. They do host shows for entertainment but we had to go downtown for that nightlife"

"Our stay was incredible! We felt like family as soon as we arrived. Carlos and Alfredo were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was beyond what we imagined. Misael made sure to take care of is at the swim up bar, which made for a great trip. Overall, there was nothing else we could have asked for!! We will definitely be back again soon."

"Overall, the best one out of three 5-star resorts I have visited in the recent years in Mexico. The others also had rich cnoice in the buffet, but the difference here was that everything I tried was delicious, fresh and good quality - from the seafood to the ripe sweet fruits. The pool water was crystal clear everywhere. The minibar was replenished daily with no exception. The room and everything else was clean. The staff was very attentive. Plenty of a la carte reataurants for every taste. As a summary: Pros - everything except as below Cons - not enough shade around the pools; no mini-golf course."
