I loved my stay here, the rooms were super clean, spacious, and nice. The staff was very friendly, and there were a lot of facilities. The food was also good, a 7/10. I would recommend staying here, definitely a good affordable place to stay! Also a great beach to chill at.

Overall, our stay was good. The room itself was correct and comfortable, and room service was good as well. The staff was wonderful — everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the main issue for us was the food options. The buffet had the same menu for lunch and dinner daily, and breakfast was also the same every day. The options were very limited and not very diverse, which made it difficult for us to find meals we enjoyed. The restaurants also had very long wait times. I really wish they offered reservation options to make dining easier. Overall, better and more varied food options would greatly improve the experience. The bathroom also had quite a bit of mold, so I wish it was more updated and better maintained. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Our jacuzzi in the room was very dirty when we went to fill it up the second night and I complained to the front desk and it took them two days to clean it and it was still spitting out dirt when we turned it on again. Also one of our two bathroom sinks was clogged almost the entire stay here. We’ve got maintenance sent up to our room 3 times during our stay after I went down to the front desk a handful of times. The front desk staff were not very friendly to me and seemed to brush me off every time I asked for maintenance to be sent up even though i was nice about it every time. I did enjoy the bartenders and entertainment team as well as the restaurant and buffet food a lot! Lastly, they don’t have heated pools so that was a bit of a disappointment but the beach and sea were very nice!

Toilet kept clogging. Loud people all through the night. Timeshare salesman became confrontational when we declined purchase. Disco music starts pounding at the pool at 08:30 through 22:00 regardless of occupancy. No food service at the pool. Pool "eatery" was hotdogs, burgers and fries only for the entire week. Self served. Restraunts were an hour and a half wait unless arrived at 18:00 when they opened. One restaurant is only for "Members" which we had no option unless purchased $36,000 timeshare. Adult pool and restaurant on 2nd floor had same "Member restrictions" that we were unaware when booking. Wait staff was nice if tipping. Food in restaurants were good when available. Drinks at all the bars were good. No upper shelf liquor unless "member" which again, unaware at booking.

Start with amazing ocean view room! The property itself is clean and well maintained. However, very little options for restaurants and those that are open, 3-4 each evening do not take reservations and you have to get on a waiting list to eat. They give you a beeper that only works within 40 meters and therefore you have to stay nearby until it goes off. We waited 1.5 to 2.5 hours each night for a restaurant. Otherwise the buffet is the only option for dinner. They ran out of beach/pool towels every single day and you couldn’t get any new ones. They would also clean the room and would take the shower towels but not replace them. No wash clothes and a few days never got a hand towel to dry hands. We had to track down the cleaners and ask for towels daily. Food service was extremely slow but the food was actually pretty good. I would go back for the view and ocean but I wouldn’t for the lack of food options and service.

We had a great experience and stay at Seadust. My youngest wants to return. I felt safe swimming at the beach, lifeguard was on top of things. I didn’t get drink service at the beach but noticed others who had and the staff were quick and friendly. Service staff were very lovely. I speak very little Spanish and am grateful for those who suffered though me trying (staff spoke great English). The woman at the breakfast egg bar was lovely, I made sure to tip her. Room was very large. It was slightly dated but that didn’t bother us as we weren’t expecting a brand new facility. Next time, I would bring my own volleyball as that was hard to come by as we wanted to play early morning before the crowd and heat. I would also bring smaller peso bills so I could tip more consistently (that’s on me, I wasn’t thinking). I would definitely recommend to my friends.

It’s a beautiful resort, unique in its design. Very clean and family friendly. Everything shuts down at 1130pm though - even the night club.

Clean room, variety of buffet food, clean beach, nice clean pools(cold but felt good when it got hot), great service, good food at restaurants, need to have more towels and more chairs to layout

Overbooked for available amenities. Overcrowded beach and pools areas. Always no towels, not enough lounge chairs. Same monotony food in restaurants. Basically no creativity in food served nor preparation. Staff ignorance and service provided less than average. Lengthy lines at check-in or checkout counters. Elevators not working or not working properly. If I could I would request my money back. Better yet I want my money back! Zero stars, waste of my time and money.

Horrible! Will never stay here again. Where do i even start.... the entire hotel is falling apart. Tiles cracked everywhere. My kids almost tripped and cracked their head open. Twice! The shower flooded so bad everytime we showered. I had to sit in the shower and push the water towards the drain each time in order to not have a lake in the rest of the bathroom. The balcony door handles were coming off. We got locked out of our room randomly. The staff rolled their eyes when we told them our wrist bands stopped working. We have 2 little kids and a 7 minth old and unless you get to the pool at 7 or 8 am, they DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE TOWELS LEFT. They say to come back in 30 minutes but then still no towels. My kids were freezing everytime they got out of the pool. Had to use our babys blanket to dry off! There is only 1 restaurant that you can get into (the buffet) and the food made us sick. Quality was terrible! They say they have other restaurants but they make people wait 2-3hrs even though they have open tables just sitting there! Staff was not friendly. Forget out trying to get a drink. They knly have 1 or 2 bartenders outside and the lines to get drinks take forever! Just a horrible time. Would not recommend! Dont go here! Spend a little more to stay somewhere that is actually worth it!

The entertainment was really good. The resort was really clean especially considering how big and busy they were. Fernando who was a server at the pool and beach was exceptional!
