As soon as you arrive, one of the staff members swoops in to entice you into a breakfast that turns into a high pressure sales experience. They don’t like to hear no, so different associates came to the table to make the deal better. The room was okay. A little run down. The bed was comfortable. Good A/C. Lots of drinks available in the room, no mini bottles. There were splotches of black paint on the bathroom tile. The toilet seat broke. The hot water was reversed. The restaurants were good. Staff was excellent! Jesus, Auceli, Roberto, Antonia.

The staff was always attentive, kind, caring, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I hope next year we can come god willing. The room was clean and spotless. We loved that it included water and drinks. Can’t thank Victor, Enrique, and Cesar enough for always being kind and sweet. They made us feel welcomed. This is a great place to stay! We highly recommend it.

Any activity after 11p.m. there was the people and me as well who was looking for bar, and in the end just run eway from hotel to the night clubs. Even if it's family resort still parents was looking for fun and stay little longer then that. Night club the same. At list one bar must be open because you host also single and yang people. Bars in the morning starts to work at 11a.m. Manhattan restaurant was horrible. But what was nice it was staff, very friendly and helpful. Also beach are nice. Can be bigger but wasok for me. .

If you are looking for the bare minimum, then this is the trip for you. The room was run down, and neglected. The food was edible but that’s about it. There are a lot of restaurants listed, but most of the nights two are closed and the others are an hour wait for small portions of bad food. There’s supposed to be an adults only pool, but it is not enforced so it was used by kids everyday. A lot of staff but they all seem disengaged and uninterested. Overall I would recommend anywhere else. Worst all inclusive experience I’ve had.

The staff was frendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. There is a variety of food available, even if not all the restaurants were open everyday, there were options except nothing available after 11 to eat or drink. I would return in the future.
