There was little privacy in the bathrooms from the rest of the room. Also cameras monitoring everywhere was a bit unsettling. But it was a very clean and well maintained hotel and the location was excellent.

excellent in every category except not all workers communicated in English and parking sucked because it was only meter-pay parking. Location is perfect because beach is about 3 blocks away and 5th Street starts at the end of the block, which is perfect for tourist venue/shopping/eating.

The location is convenient and we loved the pool. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach. It has everything you need to cook a small meal. The only thing to now is that it's very noisy as there are many apartments on one floor.

This location was walkable to 5th. Take the ADO bus from Cancun Airport for about 230 pesos. The ado terminal is walkable apartment and most attractions!!!! Have fun

Overall good, pool and spa, decoration good, however no shampoo or hand soap provided, light switch next to the bed doesnt work properly, some of the wall plugs doesnt work either, too many light switches and none of them are identified. Parking not provided so you need to pay for the parking during the day. I stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping service provided.

It was a great property to stay. Be aware that one of the bathrooms off the master does not have a solid or shaded door for privacy off the toilet. Also. No safe for locking up valuables. No washer and dryer. Let me be clear we found it safe and secure. They require the wrist bands so be aware that you have to return all of the bands at the end of your stay to the front desk. We almost threw them out. A hack when you arive is to ask for them to be placed on your wrist loosely so you can take them off while out.

AC worked very well and room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Room was also modern but the room description says 2 bathrooms and there was only 1 so i hope they fix this on expedia.Unfortunately, we did not have hot water for showering and the toilet seat was cracked when we arrived but that was not a huge deal. Area is very walkable and there are several dining options and activities nearby. Beach is a few minutes walk away. Overall would stay again.

I would definitely stay again at Ceren Luxury Apartments. The complex was very well kept, front desk staff were very kind and informative about things to do around the area, dining options and offered to schedule taxi pickups. The decor was very nice and modern and kitchen was well equipped which was very helpful since we traveled with children and cooked a few times. A/C units were working very good and kept the rooms at a very comfortable temperature. The gym was basic but good for a quick workout. On the 6th floor they have the access to the pool area and the pool is well maintained and the area is under surveillance at all times to make sure guests are safe and follow instructions. I felt at home away from home and would definitely go back and recommend this condos.

I’m very disappointed with my stay here. I payed extra to have the room with a pool and it was covered in algae and there were multiple things floating on top, it was so bad we couldn’t use it. On top of that, the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay so we had no access to any pools. The bathroom in the bedroom smelt like sewage. The bedroom ac unit was broken so we had to sleep on the pullout couch (don’t even get me started on the back pain from doing this). The dishes were covered in dust. The apartment made you wear wristbands for no apparent reason. On the bright side, the apartment is very modern and the area was fantastic and safe! But please stay at another place and save yourself the money/ headache.

Not good

The apartment itself is good, spacious and in a good location. However, it lacks many little conveniences, and the kitchen is very poorly equipped. Also, the wall opposite the window (!) leaked during the nighttime tropical rain. The worst thing, however, is that the management team does absolutely nothing to help you. Overall, not a good experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love this place! Right next to 5th Ave strip. Close to Coco beach. We just walked from our condo unit to that beach We only had check in problem as the guy on the front desk does not speak english at all. So its hard to communicate. But upon checking in, you need to fill out and sign a form for all people staying in. They also give you wrist band that you will wear the entire stay there. Try to ask to put it to your wrist loose so you can remove it when you sleep or shower. It scratches in our sun burned skin when we shower and its not a good feeling 😐 Its a condo so the front desk if just for info and questions. Our condo suite was good. Lots of towel for shower and beach use. Also equipped with pots, plates, utensils, cups and glasses. Roof top pool was nice. Didn't get to use it but went up there on night time to just relax. So much breeze and feels nice to relax. Would definitely book here again!

I am a solo traveler, I went for my birthday stayed 7 days. I absolutely love the "Studio Style". It had everything I needed (refrigerator, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, 2 burner stove top, microwave) I mean literally everything you needed!! And it's very, very convenient to absolutely everything, food, shopping, beaches, bars & convenient stores. Anything you need is literally steps aways. Taxis available everywhere if needed. This is the type of convenience I look for if I'm not staying at an all inclusive. I stayed a few blocks over at a "Boutique Hotel " last year that one was nice, but Ceren was definitely better for the length of stay. The only 2 cons are no wash clothes plenty of other towels but no wash clothes. And the table needs to be smaller. The unit I stayed in was good for 1 or 2 so the round table is really I think to big for the unit. The sofa lets out to a bed,but with that size table you won't be able to. But the Ceren is definitely a 10 out of 10 I would recommend!! Loved my stay & will definitely stay again!❤️ P.S. Each unit is owed by different ppl, so everyone has their own ways to enter & there were cameras all in the hallways by each door so i felt very safe. You have a code for everything.

Loved the location. LOVED all of the condo staff. However, our condo itself… we received ONE roll of toilet paper expected for three people for 7 nights, only 1 roll of paper towels, no one ever came to clean or bring fresh towels… we were only given 3, one for each of us for the whole 7 days. That being said, anytime we needed to clean, we HAD to use one of our own shower towels and then it’d obviously be dirty. In all, the worst experience of this was that the owner NEVER replied to a single text or call. I tried all 3 different numbers, called many of times, sent many texts, multiple times a day, and they just never cared to reply. This was especially needed because the breaker kept going out… leaving us with a fridge that didn’t work, no AC, and no lights. Luckily, without the help of the owner what so ever, we were able to fix it each time. But this would happen a minimum of once a day and at one point wouldn’t turn back on for an entire hour which we were worried ruined all of the food we spent hundreds on in the fridge. The staff in the condo can’t give you any supplies or even help with anything like the breaker, because each condo has a private owner. In all, great place, HORRIBLE private owner. Therefore, my rating on our experience with the owner and our room would be zero stars. But I gave two stars ONLY for the staff because they were amazing, and for the great location.
