「Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

「Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent.」

「I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room. The food was great, the pool was wonderful. The beach is maintained and clean with lots of chairs and hammocks. I've found my vacation spot and will definitely be back.」

「Es uno de los mejores hoteles que me he quedado, muy limpio, servicio y atencion excelente, experiencia muy bonita.」

「Muy bonito lugar todo súper limpio la comunicación con el personal bueno」

「Stunning property, beautiful room views, amazing pools! Staff were 5 star. Would love to come back!」

「Todo estaba hermoso, pero la cama y las almohadas eran demasiado duras e incómodas」

「My stay was good overall, and I loved the beachfront location and the spacious, clean room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach in Playa del Carmen during July, so I shortened my stay and moved to Cancún, where the seaweed conditions were better; the boutique hotel itself was nice, and the staff was okay.」

「Very nice」

「Pretty let down with the resort and Playa del Carmen in general. If you’re going here looking for a nice beach to relax on… go somewhere else. Beach is small… and not private. You will be warned by hotel staff not to leave your stuff in the Bali beds or fall asleep because the locals will steal it. Didn’t get to spend a single minute just relaxing on the beach. The pool…. Make sure you get up early and stake out your spot. People will leave their things there all day long to save their spots」

「El área de niños y la piscina estupenda」

「The food was edible and decent nothing exciting but it was always fresh and hot. Definitely not a party vibe at this time of year but very relaxing and clean. Weird limits on bath towels (1 per person and washcloths 1 per room) also there’s a charge if you want extra beer or soda in the mini bar ( 2 beers per day and 2 of each soda 3 water). All waitstaff were friendly and prompt.」
