「Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.」

「The hotel is amazing. The entire staff, during our stay, was attentive. Housekeeping was cleaning a room nearby and I asked him (Javier) to give us extra water bottles and we had plenty during our 5 night stay. We played lots of beach and pool volleyball - Sergio, Axel, and the other staff kept it fun and enjoyable for everyone! Dinner was great. 「The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily, the property is very clean. We went as a large group about 25 ppl and resort and staff were not very accommodating to us and always gave us attitude or didn’t want to serve us. It is not very allergy friendly as some staff do not know what is in certain menu items. It’s very geared to young kids I would say 3 and up not much for babies. Overall I would not come again but enjoyed somewhat of my time with our friends.」
