"The property was beautiful. They have all toiletries you may need. There reqlly isn't a bad view on the property unless you stay on the first floor but then you have a pool. "

"This property is a total 10/10. We would absolutely come back or recommend! My husband and I went for a relaxing baby moon and were able to do just that! From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had nothing but great things to say. Elias was so informative and welcoming and was able to get us an upgraded room we truly enjoyed!! We went to Mike’s Coffee every morning and enjoyed not only the coffee or snacks they had, but also the environment. They also had games you could enjoy. The buffet food was also good (unlike other resorts we’ve been to) with a variety especially the breakfast and the restaurant food was GREAT! We definitely recommend going to the 3 restaurants they offer for dinners. Angelica was able to get us reserved. She was so nice and answered any questions we had! Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, we went to the second night and WOW! The food and the experience of them cooking in front of you was wonderful! Third night we went to La Locanda, the italian restaurant, had amazing food and great service! We didn’t go to the steakhouse as we wanted to enjoy the Mexican parade they were hosting that night, but heard great things! Each night they had something to experience that was kid and adult friendly. We experienced live music, we did karaoke at the piano bar, fire show, and mexican parade during our stay. The pools were clean and nice size to not be on top of others and the swim up bar was nice! Can’t wait to come back and bring our little one and family"

"Food and staff were very good. The beach was pretty, but not great for swimming - a little rocky and a lot of seaweed that they did not clear. Enjoyed the stay. They did a Mexican carnival on Friday night that was a lot of fun. The adult pool was nice. Would not recommend MTS travel though for your to and from airport travel - the drivers were very nice but the customer service was not. "

"The food was really good. The hotel was clean, they reset the shared spaces everyday. The spa was great as well. No reservations for restaurants and we never had to wait. "

"It’s a beautiful resort but not a lot to do there. There was only one restaurant open when we were there (rooftop). The food is marvellous but very pricey. The staff were really friendly but there were operational issues with the way that food and utensils were provided. Rather than leave salt and pepper, napkins, hot sauce etc on the tables we had to ask for them each time. So they might bring salt but not pepper, or forget syrup for pancakes. I think serving staff needed more training and better overall systems. . "
