"The property was well groomed, the workers were very pleasant and helpful. I hated seen and being chased by the coatis for my food. The resort knows that they are there and they can’t control them. I was also not happy because I couldn’t use the beach because of the sargassum seaweed, the resort know that there’s a problem with this and made no arrangements for any beach access. They could have taken us to another island for a reasonable price so we could access a beach without this. Thanks for a great stay."

"One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. Food was amazing, room stayed clean, various excursions to go on, people were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! The only challenge was the resort was so large that it took us 15-20 minutes to get anywhere and the restaurants are not labeled, but staff helped us get places. We also couldn’t swim at the beach due to ALOT of seaweed."

"The Banyan Tree really exceeded our expectations! It was a first class experience from arrival to departure! The resort is exceptionally clean and the staff were constantly going above and beyond! The food was amazing! We loved having bicycles with our villa. This place lives up to the hype! We will visit again soon!"
