「I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! Breakfast menu was great, however, I'd welcome more variety of juices beyond "jugo verde" and "jugo de naranja", like a variety of fruit and vegetable juices with no sugar, however, the selection of food was great. 「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
