「Love this resort!! The beach is great can snorkel with sea turtles right in front of the palace. The pools are amazing the rooms are very big great for a family of four. The food at the restaurants and buffet were excellent. Wish they wouldn’t have trimmed all the Palm trees at the palace so there was more shade like the rest of the beach. 「En arrivant qu’elle n’a pas été notre surprise que notre chambre était une suite toutes les chambres donnent autour de la piscine et non à l’extérieur. 「Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. 「Very nice resort - but not great ocean front. Limited access to the ocean and very rocky shoreline. Lots of seaweed - but staff were trying to clean it everyday. Food was very good, but booking system for dinners was difficult to coordinate for more than one room. Crepe/ice cream truck and sausage cart was great! Staff was very friendly and property was clean. Smaller resort, but I would go back!」

「This is probably the 5th all inclusive resort that my wife and I stayed, usually when the price is lower than the average I'm a little skeptical and I always tried to book at the higher end of the average price, but I gave a try at this one (lower end price) and did not regret! 「They were great! They did a special wine delivery to our room when I told them that it was my wife's birthday...we came back from the beach, and there was a bottle of wine in the room. Bordeoux sang to my wife during dinner...we loved it. On our final day though, my wife got a stomach ache, so I went down to Market Cafe to get her a sandwich, but the manager there didn't let me get it...that's the only reason why I'm giving 4-stars; otherwise, I wanted to give you guys a perfect 5! "Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again.
