"Everything was wonderful except the AC wasn’t working at full potential we told them and somebody came to see it and they repaired it they said but it stayed the same 😩 We were a total of 22 people. We had seven rooms and everyone’s room was nice and cold but room 22228.Air conditioning wasn’t at full potential. The staff was a great the resort was amazing can’t wait to go back"

"Desde que llegamos , todo el personal nos recibió muy bien. El hotel el muy cómodo y ante cualquier imprevisto, el personal lo soluciona de inmediato. Les recomiendo desayunar los chilaquiles verdes con frijoles, son muy ricos. Voy a extrañar los desayunos en el hotel. Seguro volveremos en otra ocasión."
