「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Lovely peaceful place to stay. Staff vey helpful. Dealt immediately with a water off issue. On site managers were great! Need to use Google translate fir mire cimplicated requests but this worked well. Cooking facilites and balcony wonderful.」

「To begin with we were lied to about our stay we were showed pictures of what our unit would look like and we got there a total different situation nasty I can go on and tell you everything, but it would take more than what this page would let me write」

「Ubicación increíble, con increible acceso al mar y se puede ir a muchos sitios andando. Camas muy cómodas, baño enorme,cocina equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpio y seguro. La gerente y el personal son muy muy amables. 」
