Buena habitación, la vista no era la mejor pero por el precio salió bien. La piscina estaba algo sucia y descuidada, los pájaros se bañaban ahí y no había nadie revisando. Hasta el segundo día vimos a alguien ahí brindando el servicio de bebidas. Estuvimos esperando la limpieza de habitación pero cuando ya regresamos a las 2 todavía nada así que decidimos rechazarla, pues ya veníamos cansadas. Los dos chicos de recepción muy atentos amables y serviciales, muy profesionales. La ubicación del hotel es buena. El desayuno incluido es aceptable, sin embargo, en los dos días la fruta estaba echada a perder y olía mal. Sin embargo los chilaquiles estuvieron bien y la atención de los meseros era buena. En la primera noche se fue la luz unas horas pero regreso rápido, por lo que no hubo problemas de calor. La tina de hidromasaje cerca de la piscina fue muy buena, sin duda está si estaba limpia y ahí nos la pasamos mi amiga y yo. Puede que volvería pero elegiría otra habitación y sin desayuno incluido. Iría a otro lugar a desayunar.

Accueil correct, hôtel bien situé en plein cœur de Playa del Carmen. La chambre est propre, rien à signaler de particulier sur ce sujet. En revanche, la piscine sur le Rooftop est obstruée par la construction d’un immeuble énorme, donc côté vue c’est franchement nul. Ensuite, l’isolation est à revoir. On Entend toute l’animation extérieure, les travaux…bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si ce n’est pour y passer une nuit, ce qui fut notre cas. Pour le petit dej, il est servi dans le resto au pied de l’hôtel (Yum Yum), c’est correct. Bon point, un parking est à dispo.

Really big clean room! A/c worked great. Staff was really nice. Clean pool and beach towels provided. In walking distance to beach, restaurants, ferry terminal. Construction next door but noise wasn't a problem at all!

This is the second time we stay at Antera, and there will likely be a third time too. The hotel is really pretty, clean, with amazing staff. The location cannot be beat and I would not only recommend staying here, I plan to visit again myself.

Our 6 day stay at Antera Hotel was great! The hotel was very clean, quiet, safe, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect! Only a 8 minute walk to the ocean front and a 5 minute walk to the main strip where there were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. We would certainly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

Convient location. We had the 2 bedroom suite with each their own bathroom. There is not enough hot water to fill the in room jacuzzi.Can slightly hear CocoBongo from 5th Ave. You can hear the hotel room doors slamming often, and guests heckling on their balconies or down the halls. On seperate ends there are 3 pools on the roof 1 hot tub and cooler jetted tub. As well as loungers, cabanas seats and tables. Bar service on the one side. New Construction across the street that blocks the roof top view of the ocean Added extra $for breakfast. Very small limited menu. Hotcakes, eggs on a baguette, cereal with milk, scrambled eggs... small portions

This hotel is amazing! The staff are attentive and lovely. Great location close to shopping and beaches. The rooftop pools are a bonus. There is a building being built next door that blocks some of the ocean views but not a deal breaker. The hostel across the way can be very noisy at night if you are trying to enjoying a night on your private rooftop. It wouldn't be so bad but the music is techno and obnoxious. Again no fault to the hotel. I highly suggest staying here just be aware of the couple negative things mentioned. Thank you to all the staff for making our girls trip unforgettable. ❤️

My family of four only needed one night and we were delighted with the hotel the staff and grateful that the hot tub was actually hot and running currently there is construction across from the rooftop swimming pool, but that’s beyond their control and we still made the best out of the situation Music was playing, and the bartender was able to bring drinks from the main bar up to the rooftop bars, the view the ambience is great during the day as well as night in the heart of the downtown area where many shops the beach is closed by tons of restaurants we did eat at the Yum Yum for breakfast Very good food good coffee, lattes, and Matcha tea. Everyone very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and conveniently located close to everything. Surprisingly, it was very quiet despite being in the middle of town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
