There is no staff on site and they rarely respond to any emergencies such as no water no electricity explosions in the building. Alarms are going off cleaner stealing theft inside the property you are charged for cleaning, but the cleaner does not clean but expects and demands tips the staff was very unprofessional when I contacted them if they responded I still have not heard back from them about my stolen property That I believe was by the staff cleaner, the nonworking toilet shower, the pigeons that are mating and pooping all over the balcony they do not clean it. The batteries on the digital access to the building and apartment do not work properly and constantly sounding alarms. It was overall a terrible experience over charges. They will ask you to leave Expedia and to go onto their platform in site and charge your card as they please they will then turn around and call you a liar when you report these things even if you send them photos, the loud construction noise and the party across the street that goes until three or 4 AM. This is not a place that you would be able to work from home in any way shape or form there was an explosion in the building. They will always tell you they will fix it in a couple hours and then that will drag on for days. The staff does not care.

We have already stayed here a couple times and would always come back, the staff is very attentive. Excellent location, very close to the 5th Avenue and a supermarket. It felt like home!

We really loved the apartment, everything was amazing and the housekeeper did our laundry on short notice. The place was quiet, super safe and very beautiful. I would stay there again.

There is no staff here. We communicated via email. The room itself was like any other hotel room with a kitchenette. We stayed for 10 days, I had to contact the staff to come and clean which they did once in our entire stay. We had 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. It would have been helpful to have washcloths and towels for the kitchen are. The sheets sucked, they did not tuck in so it was always messy and uncomfortable. Minimal natural daylight. This place would have been fine for a couple of days stay but not for as long as we were there. On the plus side it is 5 min. walk to the beach and the shopping on 5th Ave. Lots of small and very good restaurants in the neighborhood. Walmart is also a 10 min walk away if you want to buy groceries, etc.

The place was a tucked away gem, perfect for a couple getaway and just as beautiful as the pictures. Close by so many restaurants and the beach so it was easy to navigate without a car. We also felt very safe coming in at night.

This studio was perfect for a short stay on Playa del Carmen. The place felt private and quiet and it was well located, the beach and 5th Avenue are a 10-minute walk away.

There is no staff. The room itself is nice but we had a lot of trouble getting into the property. There was no address given, only an approximation, no signage for the property, had to ask 4 people on the block where it was, then had a lot of trouble getting the doors open. The room is superficially clean. The bathrobe provided is dirty, one roll of toilet paper, had to use our home info to get the TV to work. The bed is comfortable but the sheets are not. Luckily the property is close to the beach and main shopping and restaurant area.

Creo que hoteles debería aclarar que esto no ee un Hotel. Es un air&bb. Si vas con gente mayor y maletas es muy incómodo. No hay elevador. Las escaleras estas angostas. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y la gente no respondió ni ayudó. Bueno. En si no hay gente en la prioridad. Solo un teléfono que no contestaron. Cumple para dormir o si no te importa subir escaleras y dormir con calor. Eso si está limpio el lugar. Ruidoso por los locales donde tienen fiesta.

Esta en una buena ubicacíon, el mercado esta al costado por lo que puedes ir a desayunar comer o cenar a un precio accesible . El departamento esta lindo y con todo lo necesario. En el que nos quedamos el aire acondicionado parecia tener poca potencia por lo que tuvimos que tenerlo encendido en todo momento , aún asi en las noches estaba fresco.

Not for those who cant carry up 2 narrow flights

Arrival was only wonderful in that they kindly were communicative from the moment I reached out after needing to find a last minute spot for my last night in Playa. They kindly allowed me to "check in" right away (before noon). From there it sadly went down hill. The place isn't obvious thus not simple to find. The entry walk to the door of the building has no ramp nor pavement. Its just rocks w/ some stepping stones. Luggage needs to be dragged and lifted. Entrance is a tight area and the sad reality slaps you right after getting my 2 suitcases, carry on and back pack squeezed in, that there's NO ELEVATOR! And worse yet, 2nd floor isn't the next level up, it's TWO flights up. If you're lucky enough to travel light and thus u relatively easily make your way to your unit, you'll be greeted by a lovely space. The apartment is as pictured. Sadly however, there are no windows and the glass door to the bird poop-laden, otherwise empty balcony, is frosted, thus allowing minimal natural light in but fear not!! It does however allow plenty of sound in so you will get to enjoy the loud music from the Youth hostel /bar across the street as well as any traffic that may pass by.

The property was close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and had air conditioning, which is a must if you come to Playa del Carmen. The host was very helpful and quick to reply, we will come back for sure.

For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. There are three off-street parking spaces for the condo complex but they weren't always available. You have to be sure to pay for street parking at the pay booths or they will put a boot on your car. The door locks were tricky but we got the hang of them after a while. Overall this was a good spot.
