The first time I have eaten Ramen was in Melbourne back in 2008. I loved it so much that I had it almost every day during my short stay in Australia. How pleased was I when I serendipitously stumbled upon a restaurant in Chiang Mai that only serves Japanese Ramen! I've been there twice already...might go back again very soon. I'm a lover of all sorts of Asian soups. My favourites are Vietnamese Pho, Thai roasted duck noodle soup and of course, Ramen. Ramen is a bit like the heavier version of Asian noodle soups. Almost like a winter warmer if you like...
