Perfect location if you enjoy the Nimam area. Very close the the mall and the shops on the street. Breakfast is excellent. The room shows a bit wear and tear. But for the price point, it's totally fine.

The area is really nice to stay in, lots around to do. The art influence of the hotel is fine, nothing to really think too much about. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is really good every day, and the service was really nice too.
