「Clean and tidy. Staff members are welcoming and helpful. 」

「A stay here would be great only if you reserved premium rooms. Great staff and location. However, if you have reserved regular rooms facing Maya shopping mall or the bars next to the main road. Then don’t expect that you can go to sleep before 12am every night. The live bands around will blast your ears at least until 12am and the sound insulation of the rooms does not help at all. Last but not least, they have the worst WiFi I’ve ever experienced.」

「It’s a nice quiet hotel where you can walk to the centre of Nimman district in a few minutes.」

「Overall is okay. The staff services need to be improved.」

「Great experience 」

「This is our second time stay in BED, the great room, great staff, great breakfast! We will choose again next time!」

「Near Nimman, some nice restaurant around hotel, room are clean and large. Swimming pool is a bit tricky to go, plane and car noise at night are quite loud but understandable. Overall solid choice」

「When we check-in, the reception told us they will send the afternoon tea to our room in 30mins. I waited 45 mins and call the reception again. They said will chase the tea but after 1 hr., they still haven’t send us the afternoon tea. We called for pick up from our villa to reception but no one coming after waiting for 20mins. The breakfast offer was very bad and the quality was not good. Overall no service and bad experience. Not worth for such the high cost. 」

「Decent room with reasonable facility. Staff is nice and breakfast taste good」
