「Staff was absolutely outstanding. We did the snorkeling sea turtles excursion with the cenote cave swim the tour guide guides were very professional, and I highly recommend this excursion. The beach was very clean. The property was very clean. The restaurant were great and I definitely recommend this resort. We will definitely be back.」

「The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly. The only issues I had was the pillows are horrible, it’s right on a main access road to the beach so is very loud and it’s open concept so you hear everything in the halls and lobby even on the third floor, the hours are very odd for an adults only as the bar is only open from 11am to midnight and the buffet is not all day. The food however was excellent especially the Italian restaurant!...

「The first thing you will notice is the awful smell, the beach has so much seaweed it smells of fish. The beach is small and filled with seaweed, so not pleasant at all. It's a busy beach, with lots of local people. Thankfully there is a decent amount of seating on the resort side of the rope. The food was good, I appreciate the decent selection of veg/vegan options, but options are limited, there is only one buffer and one restaurant.
