「Magnificent resort amazing staff. Few very minor complaints. Drinks were VERY weak. Most seafood dishes were overcooked. The spa credits are just a hook to get you to over pay for services, and can't be used freely.」

「A/C which was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. The property was old, as expected. Lots of character. Really good location. But parking was a bit challenging, possibly due to large event. Also, most all parking lots have limited hours so you can't access your car whenever you want. Still, I recommend the hotel.」

According to the pet policy at the time of my booking, it stated: “Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD $20 per accommodation, per night.” However, when I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me USD $20 per pet, per night instead. It was only after I told them I would contact American Express to dispute the charge that they agreed to honor the pet policy as it was advertised.
