"Stayed 3 nights with family. Poor food options and activities. The servers in the buffet are very hardworking however they looked overloaded with work. The bar in the main lobby need more training in costumer service. If they don’t see the tip on advance they will give you attitude. Sad, but we tried to avoid their service. "

"Travelled from Canada family of 5 . Clean rooms , could do better with the dust in areas like lamps etc . Goo was great . Front desk could be a little more helpful at the arrival , they point to you to a QR code instead for info about hotel. I speak fluent Spanish. Some front desk personnel were very dismissive about questions and point to at QR code. Also upon arrival they direct to you right away to the membership aspect of the hotel . Not something you want to be introduced to as you arrive or even a couple of days in . Hard to get them off your back about attending free breakfast and chat so you can get $150 coupon for tours . "
