"Great ocean view on the 12th floor, the room was clean, the staff was nice; it has a great location very near Las Americas Mall, many restaurants and stores. But the Beach Club is VERY LIMITED, there are only 2 times slots to get on the shuttle, it was already full when checked in, so we took our own Uber to the other Krystal property. You only get one day pass if you are spending 2 nights. The other property was very crowded by the pool."

"The room was clean but the air conditioner was not working properly. Also, there was no hot water. But the king sized bed was nice. The airport shuttle was nice, but quite expensive."
