Stay was very good , room for as clean, but they barely have warm water, so if your use to a nice warm shower, don’t expect that here.

Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

Where do I begin? This hotel was a shock from the moment we arrived. The room looked very different from the pictures on Expedia. We had to ask for an extra towel, and when we looked for a hair dryer, there wasn’t one in the room—nor was there an iron. When we requested an iron, they told us we had to leave our passport with management, which felt very uncomfortable. The next morning at breakfast, I found a hair in the fruit salad bowl and immediately lost my appetite. The bathroom sink was also very dirty. There weren’t even any tissue boxes provided in the room. We ended up leaving as soon as we found a decent hotel so we could actually enjoy our stay in Cancun.

Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
