「Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. 「For the price the accommodations at this hotel was good, the downfall was the rude staff. They were unkind, acted bothered when you needed something, and not hospitable at all. They try to charge you for room keys, towel cards, etc. even though there are never clean pool towels.」
