The only good thing about the room was the view of the ocean from the balcony. When we first arrived in the room we noticed the floor was gritty with sand and some crumbs by the fridge. There is a light above the front door that is on a motion sensor so it comes on in the middle of the night anytime we got up to use the bathroom. There is wiring visible above the bedside tables that is just twisted and hanging there like a fire hazard. Then the final insult was we asked for 2 bottles of water on the last day because we had not gotten them from housekeeping the day before and we were told we would be charged for them since it was check out day. Would not recommend to anyone.

The rooms and common areas were spotless and housekeeping came in every day to make beds, replenish towels and etc. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when booking taxis and if we asked for anything. The location is fantastic and the pool is awesome!

My family had an incredible time staying at The Mint! Spacious rooms that are clean with comfy beds and air conditioning. The beautiful infinity pool looks onto the ocean, and the area is lively but quiet. Staff were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our one night stay was great at Mint Hotel. We booked ahead of time and all the fees explained in Expedia were respected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view from our balcony was great. We will com back if god permits it.

Not enough lighting in room- fans/lights got on and off, must be neighbors remote running our fans. Only one mirror to do make up and hair and it’s in bathroom. Not enough free coffee it bitty 1 oz cups! Staff not so friendly- one lady at desk was others not so much. Very few times we had WiFi in room Cold showers- 5 days only 1 warm, not hot shower, rest was freezing cold.

My room was fine , tv didnt work half the time and i only watch at night at bedtime . Had them in there 3 times to fix it never happened. Asked for a microwave 4 days they where going to get me one again never happened. Halls where very loud you could hear everyone . I had room at end of the hall there was a exit door slammed till 11 pm it was awful

We enjoyed our stay. Any problems were resolved immediately. Only problem we had was the elevator didn’t work the last day but one of the men from the front desk came up to the 3rd floor and carried our luggage down. The view was perfect, pool was clean and cool. We had a massage one day there and that was the best. Parking was convenient right at the hotel. Location was easy to walk from to anywhere downtown.

Cleanliness could be improved, please put a lid on the toilet bin! There was daily cleaning but perhaps not enough time, but staff friendly. Room large with adequate furnishings and large balcony with chairs, but really needed a table Pool small and east facing so little sunlight after noon. Reception staff friendly. No room for changeing or showering if you have a late flight. Reception east facing also with no doors so wind blew though into hallways and into bar/restaurant which made it very cold.

The location is amazing, gorgeous views from room of ocean and a nice, quiet area, it’s close to all the action and so many fantastic places! The front of the hotel, sitting and restaurant and pool area is very relaxing. The room was large-bedding and furniture were great! Fridge and espresso machine, with two bottles of water everyday were appreciated. The shower was inconsistent all week with scalding hot water not getting cooler. We wish we could’ve gotten more towels, washcloths, etc, and the bathroom floors were never really clean enough. The rest of the room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The spa had great massage services! If the showers were fixed and we could get hand towels/washcloths, and more towels we’d start here again in a heartbeat!

Our room was fine. Just very bland. Nothing on the walls and plain. There was only a sheet on the bed for bedding and I woke up freezing in the middle of the night with nothing extra to cover myself with. I had to use a bathroom towel to cover myself. The room is very large which is nice if you have to stay for more than a night like we did and the bathroom shower was probably the best part of the space we had. It was right on the ocean, which was beautiful, I would stay again if we had to, but a little more style and decor to the room would make the stay more enjoyable.
