Staff was friendly. The room could’ve been better. You either have ice cold water or water so hot you’d burn your skin. And to have decent water temperature in the sink you have to leave your shower running.

I loved this hotel and the location. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect for our needs. The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful but not swimmable. North beach is just a 10 - 15 minute walk. We did not rent a cart and could easily walk to everything on the north side of the island. Room was spacious, staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. My husband had a very good deep tissue massage at the spa. No complaints. Can't wait to return!

Friendly staff, big comfortable room. Elevators not working 2 out of 3 days. Semi-transparent room shades so room never dark even at 1am, street lights or light from adjacent building. Included breakfast not good except for the fruit.

The beach view was obstructed. There were no beach towels offered by the hotel. There was only one chair on the balcony. The elevator was broken for the 3 days I stayed at the property and it didn't look as if hotel management was in a hurry to repair it. The staff at reception were professional and friendly.

Excellent! Large clean rooms, quiet location close to everything. We stayed 8 nights over New Years and are still calling it quiet… The hallways and guest noise can get loud, but that’s on the guests. I wish the restaurant/bar would promote itself more as open or closed even to guests. Always seemed 50/50 on availability. Pool was understandably cold and not usable, would be a lot of expense and resources to keep heated. We were the envy of the group of others who stayed elsewhere! Will be back.

We found the hotel to be very stingy; We were 3 ppl and got only 2 bathtowels and when asking for more. we were informed that 2 was the standard ??? (Our room was a family room that could sleep 5. Why on earth would the standard be for 2 guests? Weirdest of all;.Only 1 handtowel to share. Makes no sense. Also only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. Was not corrected even after we had brought it to managements attention that we are 3 paying guests in the room. A piece of advise;.I recommend that each guest receives their own set of towels. For sustainability reasons, absolutely no need to wash them every day if that is what causes the stinginess. Cleaning staff did excellent job, but I am very sceptical to management and existing hotel policies. Clearly a lot of room for improvement. I have worked pretty much my whole life in the hospitality industry and this was a very confusing experience

Room was very nice. Cleaning staff just needed to be more thoughtful of people trying to sleep. They were very loud, on walkie talkies. That were loud. Rolling loud carts. Had music playing. My husband works hard and like to sleep in on vacation.

The hotel was spotless and my room was huge. I changed hotels after a few days because there was a spotlight that was going on and off all night from the building next door. The hotel room only had white curtains. I tried telling staff one day but I was having trouble explaining/translating. I eventually used couch cushions and the blanket to hang over the window/balcony door. It says online they have a water dispenser. They do not. Housekeeping will give you 2 bottles per day. There is a grocery store a few minutes away walking.

The beds were old and springs can be felt and wooden frames were creaky, you can hear the people above and it was hard to sleep. The hot water tank didn’t work twice and we did not receive the complimentary sparkling wine as my vip offer from the reservation.
