We had an excellent experience from start to finish, staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. The restaurants and all staff were amazing, we did the all inclusive option and enjoyed the selection and options every day with special events and meals to attend. We loved staying at Privilege Aluxes! They upgraded our room to the suite, overlooking the ocean. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were all really nice and helpful, and the food was really good too. Everything was very close and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!
