"I loved the property. Check with the resort before your trip to see which of the 5 restaurants are open to your stay. While most are open. A couple of the restaurants were closed a couple nights throughout the week of my stay. If it’s not much more of an expense, select to be an “elite” guest. I was not aware of this option. Unless you are an elite guest, the room service menu is extremely limited. In addition, there are resort areas that are for elite guests only. Don’t get me wrong, the resort is gorgeous. My stay was during the month of July. It seemed more like spring break at the swim up bar. It was impossible to get in and enjoy this area. It was entirely to crowded. I love a party, but the level of rowdiness was excessive. Maybe there was an adults only, family reunion. I don’t know. Do your research of activities close to the resort. I wish I had done more. For example, I went parasailing (amazing). I paid for transportation to and from, plus the price to parasail. Parasailing itself was incredible. However, the next day, I noticed parasailing within a very short walking distance from the resort."

"Such an amazing resort!! Abdiel truly rolled out the red carpet for us. He made our check in smooth, quick, and way better than we even expected. He was attentive, asking what occasions we were celebrating and really made us feel like we matter. He was the perfect start to an amazing weekend as!"

"I liked the rooms and the staff. Beach view was fantastic. However the pools closed very early that i could not enjoy. Food was great. Certain days felt repetitive. Other than that I would not mind staying at the resort again."

"The rooms are beautiful however they need some maintenance done on the air conditioning and hot water. We experienced having to change rooms where both rooms had problems. I would advise of better upkeep of the individual rooms, the staff was helpful overall however we upgraded to a suite with butler service which was not available as we expected it to be. I celebrated my 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Renewal and husband’s birthday there where the wedding coordinator KaTia was awesome on helping to make the ceremony run smoothly and help with celebrating my husband. Overall, the bartenders in Aqua Lounge were great, Ergo Bar was okay, the food was okay as well. The pools were okay, continental breakfast or room service are the only choices, no al le carte. I have been to other resorts in Cancun to compare Aqua Live too, so my experience here is based upon what I have experienced other places in Cancun as well."

"Where to begin how amazing this place is! The food is outstanding the honeymoon suite, being by myself was absolutely stunning. The view was insane. The amenities are crazy and there’s so many things to do you never wanna leave the resort. But if you do, there is shopping in so many things nearby the clubs like senior frogs are very close and easy to get to if you’re looking for a great time that is adult friendly look no further 10 out of 10 highly recommend!"

"The Kidz club was very engaging for our five year old. There are many opportunities to spend extra for a more thrilling time at the resort and I'd highly recommend the surf and turf dining option on the beach! It came with a show of two performers using pyrotechnics. The spa was a good experience as well and we took advantage of the in-room babysitting service."

"We loved everything about this place! We spent 6 nights/5 days in absolute paradise. If I had one complaint, it would be that the pool got very warm in the afternoon. But… it’s late July, so, not a shocker. The ocean was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the best part was every single person working their butts off to make sure we were happy. We will be back as soon as possible."
