"We were very pleased with our 7 day experience at Secrets The Vine. The staff was terrific! Everyone from reception to wait staff to bartenders to housekeeping to the entertainment crew was just excellent. We upgraded to Preferred Club and were very happy with our large and spacious room on the 21st floor, and with the Preferred club lounge. The personalized service from the Preferred staff was great!
The food was very good.
We ate breakfast and lunch at the Market Cafe buffet every day and could not have asked for a better selection of great tasting food. We had dinner at Dragons ( Asian), Olio (Mediterranean, Preferred club guests only), and Sea Salt Grill ( Peruvian). We enjoyed them all. Don't miss the Sunday night buffet at Sea Salt Grill, a wonderful choice of grilled meat from shrimp and fish to ribs and steak.
Evening entertainment was enjoyable and well put together.
We used the gym every morning and it as very nice. Lots o equipment and space. Everything seemed to be fairly new and well maintained.
the choice of three pools on ground level was nice, all offered a different vibe for your mood. The Preferred Club pool was on the 12th floor. We only visited it once. It was nice but very secluded and not many visitors seemed to be using it. The ground level pools were much more fun for us. There seemed to be plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available for all guests to be accommodated.
We would highly recommend this resort and will return in the future."
