"Food was all pretty good and tasty. We tried all the restaurants and they were great! We had the Preferred club status and our butler Bruce was awesome in all his communications daily and anything you need! The preferred club bar area is a nice touch to relax in. All the staff really goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and really seem to want to make your stay the best while you are there. The housekeeping is there a couple times a day if you want to keep everything clean and stocked, but if you want to have privacy, they will respect that as well. The entertainment team was great! The nightly shows like the rock night and the boy band night were all done great and the band was excellent in the piano bar!! The AC in the rooms was great! We've stayed at too many other resorts there where the AC was just barely adequate but couldn't get any cooler when you want it to be relieved of the July heat and humidity, but it definitely isn't lacking at all here. Pools are great and activities are fun! This is the place to go for a nice relaxing luxury resort and not have to worry about it being a crazy party place but the fun and entertainment was all just right!"
