"This was our first Cancun trip, and this resort was a perfect introduction. Staff were amazing and the resort was clean and organized. The purpose of this trip was relax and recover and this resort accommodated that. Food was good but not great, but over all satisfactory experience. Would recommend to family and friends"

"While the resort has changed to different ownership. The staff still maintain the same friendliness with guest relationships. My spouse and I love going here. It’s a beautiful place to visit, relax, and if you need to plan any excursions, you can write from the hotel. The food is great plenty of options. Pool access is great for adults or even families. Easy access to the beach. Getting a cabana is very inexpensive for an all day relaxation next to the pool. The staff are warm and friendly will help you with anything you need. We especially enjoyed pool service by Daniel and Moises, the supervisor Paola, the service at Azul, the waitress for a romantic dinner on the beach. The staff are always happy to share history and knowledge. We will definitely continue to go back. A note I would like to leave future travelers don’t hesitate to pass out this hotel. You’ll definitely feel safe and happy to enjoy your vacation. Please don’t forget to tip for your service while the staff don’t ask. They definitely do work hard. I wouldn’t say this just because of this place any place you go to down there in Cancun."

"Fue una linda experiencia!! Quedamos muy contentos con las instalaciones del hotel, los restaurantes y la amabilidad del personal. Fueron todos muy amables pero hacer un reconocimiento a Humberto y Edgard que hicieron nuestros desayunos especiales. A Heidy en el bar del lobby y José que con su carisma y buena vibra nos hizo reír mucho en la piscina. De todas maneras regresamos al Secrets the Wine. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía muy confortable"

"It was such a pleasure staying at Paradisus Cancún. The establishment was very clean. We had a 4 day visit to celebrate my friend's birthday the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my friend felt celebrated. The staff was exceptional. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They ensured that our airport transportation was booked, they assisted us with booking our excursion. Special shout out to Omar from the concierge team and Hurtado (I apologize if I got his name incorrectly, he usually works at Kao but was also the wait staff at Sal on 9/27/2026). He really ensured that we were taken care of at Sal. I would definitely rebook and return to Paradisus Cancún the beach was great and swimmable (albeit the waves were a little rough for me). They have service on the beach and at the pool, which is perfect. Service was prompt and no fighting for lounge chairs or to be seated at the restaurants. The food was good, the pools were clean and they had nightly entertainment."

"Lors de notre arrivée à cet hôtel, nous avons été upgradé à une magnifique suite !! Les employés, sans exception ont été attentionnés envers nous. Comme ce n’est pas un gros hôtel, les employés nous reconnaissaient, savaient ce que nous buvions, nous accueillaient dans les restaurants à la carte. Un gros avantage c’est de pouvoir manger aux restos à la carte tous les soirs sans réservations !! Nous avons apprécié à 100 pour-cent. J’ai célébré mon anniversaire sur place et c’était merveilleux !! Bravo Óleo Cancun !!"

"Awesome place and staff! Had an amazing time. Reservations for decent restaurants are required, and they get full within 5 minutes of opening the books. Also not all resturants operate ever day, so you may not get to eat at your ideal place, if you cannot get a reservation. Would still stay again!"
