"The resort is on the smaller side, which we actually liked because everything was easy to get to and it never felt overcrowded. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the spa was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was decent. I’d rate it around a 7/10. We always found something to enjoy, but it wasn’t especially memorable. The service was friendly overall. The beach during our stay had a significant amount of sargassum, which affected the beach experience. We understand that’s a natural condition and not something the resort can control, but it’s worth mentioning for future travelers. One thing we realized is that this resort works best if you plan to explore Cancun and the surrounding area. We spent a day at Xcaret and another in Isla Mujeres, and those experiences made our trip incredible. If you’re looking to spend your entire vacation at the resort, you may prefer a larger property with more pools, activities, and dining options. Overall, we felt we received good value for what we paid. It may not be a luxury five-star resort, but it was clean, comfortable, and served as a great home base for exploring Cancun. We’d definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a more affordable all-inclusive while planning to experience the area beyond the resort."

"The staff and service at the resort were excellent. The beach was great, soft sand and beautiful color. The pools were good albeit get warm by the afternoon. We made use of the cabanas for shade as umbrellas were a little limited especially on the beach. Food options were good and the quality sufficed. The Mexican excellent. The main criticism we had is we went there as the resort had various activities, games, arcade, table tennis etc that were only allowed to be used by teens that wasn’t clearly advertised. So for relaxing around it was good but less to do."

"I thought everything was very good the staff first was stellar with great happy attitude!! Second drinks and food were good. Excellent size for quick getaway too and the only one thing is the humidity, mustiness scent in the room, room itself was amazing. If only they pump on some lavender or have the ducts cleaned I don’t know only one complaint, that was unpleasant."

"Excellent hotel! I stayed here with my family, including my one-year-old baby, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional—I never encountered anyone who wasn’t kind, friendly, and helpful. They even prepared fresh food for my baby every day, which made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!"

"Had a wonderful stay for my mom’s 55th birthday! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! All inclusive buffet had great food! Resort has two additional restaurants that you can also make reservations for, but we were busy exploring the city we did not have the chance to check them out. A plus is that the xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres is right next to the resort, so there’s no need to make a drive anywhere else to catch the ferry! Highly recommend staying here! We loved our time and look forward to returning in the near future!"

"Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!! Hay opciones de comida todo el tiempo, desde la playa, la piscina, los restaurantes, las noches mexicanas, etc. El servicio en piscina excelente, siempre pendientes de que estuvieras bien servido, Usiel fue nuestro camarero. Quiero dar especiales gracias a Rosalino que año con años nos ha atendido y ayudado en todas nuestras necesidades, siempre dispuesto a que tengas la mejor estadía de tu vida, a Virgilio, Gerente Vip, que nos dio un trato cálido y con muy buena disposición para resolver nuestros requerimientos, a Morelia por el detalle en nuestra habitación, a Mayra y Mirian por su excelente atención. Live Aqua se esfuerza para que tengas unas gratas vacaciones, lo notas desde el momento que entras al hotel, no conozco otro hotel que tenga el nivel de servicio de ellos. Es un hotel que se vuelve tu favorito!! Esperamos regresar pronto!!"
