The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire stay. A special shoutout to Pedro from the entertainment team for his amazing hospitality, energy, and for making the experience even more fun with his salsa lessons! Also, Alberto was an incredible waiter and made our meals even better with his great service and personality.
The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had something for everyone. You can tell the staff really puts effort into making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
