"The room was lovely.A privacy shade would have been perfect on the balcony to shield from shipboard stationary binoculars.The tub great!We were in 2702,shower has 2 leaks at both corners. The rotating fan not working properly. Creaky&speeds not changing.Bath toiletries fair quality.Loved the WOW button and controls.Not being able to turn the balcony light off at night was disappointing. Loved that you can't hear neighbors from inside the rooms.Room service was OK. A few things were dismissed on more than one occasion.Yogurt,water.The delivery staff always courteous.The restaurant managers were very helpful getting real food to my daughter during her surgery recovery.Especially Silk City!They sent a beautiful meal for me as well.I was grateful to dine with my daughter during her recovery on that evening instead of running back and forth hunting to have food delivered. Spumante delivered the risotto.FishNet ignored our request.On evenings we were out together our favorites were Silk City,Spumante,& Croquette.All elegant atmosphere & quality service that made us feel cared for. FishNets?Nice waiter atmosphere loud with and cafeteria feel.They weren't able to dim the lights.Our steak the chef sent was Grey in color with light brown grill marks, raw on the inside&sliced.No bueno. Risotto and desert excellent! "Our stay at Riu Palace Las Americas was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the staff. Every single person worked together as one team to make sure guests had an amazing experience. From the bell staff who welcomed us with a smile, to housekeeping who kept our room spotless, to the restaurant servers, bartenders, and the entertainment crew, everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and hardworking. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. You could tell that every employee truly cared about making our vacation special. The restaurants offered delicious food with excellent service, the bars were always fun and welcoming, and the entertainment team kept the energy high every day and night while making everyone feel included. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but it is truly the people who make this place unforgettable. Their kindness, teamwork, and dedication created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team at Riu Palace Las Americas for making our vacation one to remember. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for outstanding service and an unforgettable stay!"
Live Aqua Cancun - Adults Only - All-Inclusive

"We just took a last minute weekend trip to Cancún, it was our first time there too and picked Live Aqua after reading many reviews and it surpassed the expectations. The Hotel is beautiful and the beach views breathtaking, but what got my attention was the people. The staff was attentive, respectful, available and friendly. Ricky Ricardo won our hearts with his vibrant style and talent. Aqua aerobics and bingo at the main pool were fun and interactive. The pools are beautiful and very peaceful, dinning was nice, however when compared with other 5 star resorts from D.R. they could do better. That doesn’t mean that their were bad; Verona was exquisite. The buffet dinning option could be better. The staff made everything so comfortable. From Claudia at the gift shop, Christopher Robin during Karaoke nights, trivia games and live music we have lots of fun. What I loved the most was not having the loud crowd around. More selected population made it so peaceful and stress free. We will definitely go back. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy it more. They even brought us plates from Hidden Gardens Restaurant when we couldn’t make it on time and ended up at the buffet. Angeles, Chef Mario, Carlos during breakfast and Usiel ourserver at the pool side were all very kind and made our stay delightful."
