"This is a beautiful resort with a friendly and welcoming staff. Xithal at the Café and Pablo at the Peruvian restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and their outstanding service truly stood out.
That said, based on our previous experiences at other all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, this stay fell a bit short. We booked the Preferred Club upgrade, but throughout our stay we were frequently told that several of the advertised top-shelf liquors were unavailable. We weren’t requesting anything particularly rare or ultra-premium—just brands like Johnnie Walker Black Label. As a result, the exclusive Preferred Club bar offered essentially the same selection as the standard bars throughout the resort, which made the upgrade feel less worthwhile.
Overall, the staff was excellent, but we hope the resort improves the availability of the amenities and premium offerings that are included with the Preferred Club experience."
