It’s a timeshare resort with a timeshare crowd. Room and amenities are good, not amazing; just be prepared to be nickel and dimed for the all inclusive, random rules like dress codes at different times of day, etc. Decent value for the money, but not a true luxury all-inclusive experience.

great resort - was annoyed that they made us move rooms half way through on saturday beacue they said owners get priority and they get to choose their room. we were on the same beachfront view but they moved us from 1st floor to 5th floor and it was inconvenient that we had to pack everything up and unpack again. other than that the resort was great - great beach location - good food

The resort (including room) was spotless. The food was delicious. The entertainment was awesome! The beach is clean (minimal seaweed - in Feb) and so beautiful. The pool and waterpark were lots of fun. My family would 100% return to this resort.
