This is my third time at temptation. First time however for Christmas. There wasn’t as many people to party with and mostly everyone were of older age. The crew however did the best they could to keep everyone entertained from the our start of our day to the wee hours. Great performances this year for the nightlife. The food is always amazing and fresh. Kudos to all the servers! They’re so positive and ready to help you which is always comforting. The room we stayed was always cleaned. Overall, it was a great, chilled time. A way to relax, reset for the new year! I was pleased.

My only issues was how loud it was at night. I know new years eve and into new years day it is a big celebration. But the celebration with the music blasting until 740am new years day was ridiculous and too much. People need a reasonable amount of sleep. I also asked for what bottles as i was dehydrated that last night i was at the resort and i never received those water bottles

the staff is always very helpful. The room was clean but the lighting is not great for a gal trying to get ready for a night out. We had a great time. My only real complaint is that they seem to allow smoking everywhere outside rather than smoking areas.

He visitado Temptation Cancún en varias ocasiones desde 2019. El hotel mantiene un concepto atractivo, buena ubicación frente a la playa y áreas comunes en buen estado, por lo que sigo regresando. En mis visitas más recientes he notado cambios en la experiencia general. Actualmente las reglas se perciben más estrictas y con menor flexibilidad, lo que impacta el ambiente que antes se sentía más relajado. El equipo de entretenimiento realiza su trabajo con profesionalismo; sin embargo, las actividades y los shows ahora se perciben más limitados, lo que reduce la energía general en comparación con años anteriores. En cuanto al servicio, quiero destacar que el personal de recepción fue profesional, amable y eficiente, lo cual agradezco. No obstante, en el acceso al hotel tuve una experiencia incómoda, ya los de seguridad que se me solicitó mostrar mi reserva en el celular antes de ingresar, y la comunicación en ese primer contacto no fue la más adecuada. Considero que este proceso podría manejarse de una forma más cordial para mejorar la llegada del huésped. En general, el hotel sigue teniendo potencial, pero estos cambios han afectado la experiencia en comparación con estancias pasadas. Espero que este feedback sea considerado para mejorar la experiencia de futuros visitantes.

We had excellent service our entire trip, from check in, baggage handling, bartenders, bar servers, restaurant staff, housekeeping Playmakers and Security staff. We can’t wait to play our summer 2026 trip! Special shout out to the Quiet Pool bartenders who were close to our room and took great care of us all week. The Bash bartenders were always fast and friendly and remembered our drink orders.

The bathroom consistently had an unpleasant odour, even with the exhaust fan running at all times. This suggested a possible issue with the sewage or ventilation system. The air conditioning did not function properly, and the room remained very humid, even after setting the temperature to 15°C.

we ask more towel and shampoo and water for drinking instead another drink but just one time bring. jacuzzi and the balcony they’re not bring it. Any towel just one time and no more.

Our stay was fabulous!! Check in & check out process was super fast we were helped by Odalys & Andrea. They offer us all special benefits we had with Expedia. The staff was awesome and very attentive. Place was clean and food was delicious!!! Cant wait to go back.

View was fantastic and the staff was excellent. Concerns were I booked a room w/king size bed but received a room w/twin beds. Also, if you are not a premier customer you don't get as good attention
