The resort is not as fun as it used to be. Entertainers are trying but don’t build the relationships like the old ones and the games have been the same for years. But it is always a good time!

We’ve been many times and this time it was different. It is under new management so definitely not as good… we got there around 12:30… gave our bracelets and told to come back at 2:30 to get our room. We came back and were told to stand in line to get our room, told by the staff in the lobby if I don’t like I could talk to management , so we did and he got us our room number and was told our luggage would be there in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I come back to retrieve our luggage…we were definitely not treated as VIP for Expedia, told there was no upgrade due to capacity, which I’m fine with but was told our bracelet would get us better privileges, only to find out while we were there, there was several days that the hotel was at 50% capacity so I’m sure a upgrade could’ve been given. Asked for a certain type of drink 3 times and was denied due to my color of bracelet but was told I could go to the rooftop to get it. Complained to management again and he said he’d fix it this one time…even the excursion crews were calling it a horrible mess now. The staff seems like it’s been cut in half… 2 bartenders for the pool bar foam party… we’ve had many great experiences there but this time was SO different…Expedia check in desk closed most of the time so would have to wait at desk for any questions… even the Premier members were complaining… so if it’s your first time, it is great but we know what it has been so to us it was mediocre at best..

Hay detalles que podrían mejorar, pero nada que arruine la estancia. Lo que siempre destaca es el servicio, sobre todo Abdiel en recepción. Es súper amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual hace una gran diferencia, nos hace sentir en casa También los animadores como Diego, Edgar (Mojito) y Charly mantienen el ambiente muy divertido.

Pero lo mejor es el trato, especialmente ABDIEEEL en recepción, siempre súper amable y atento, de verdad se nota la diferencia. Llevamos viniendo a Temptation Cancun Resort desde 2019 y siempre es un lugar al que nos gusta regresar. El ambiente es divertido, las habitaciones están bien y la comida cumple. Lo que realmente agradezco últimamente en cada visita es el servicio, especialmente Abdiel en recepción. Siempre es súper amable, atento y profesional, y hace que todo sea mucho más fácil desde la llegada. De verdad marca la diferencia en la experiencia.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y funcionales, y la comida cumple bien, con opciones variadas durante la estancia. Lo que realmente hace la diferencia es el servicio. En especial, quiero destacar a Abdiel en recepción, quien siempre nos ha atendido de manera espectacular. Es sumamente amable, atento y profesional, y constantemente se asegura de que todo esté en orden. Su actitud hace que la experiencia sea mucho más agradable y definitivamente es un gran valor para el hotel. También quiero mencionar al equipo de animación, especialmente a Diego, Edgar (Mojito) y Charly, quienes son excelentes playmakers. Siempre con buena energía, hacen que el ambiente sea divertido y dinámico. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y eso se contagia.

Visited the resort for a short girlfriends get away, we were treated very welcoming and had the most amazing experience from check in to check out. We will most definitely return again.

A very fun resort! Temptations is a unique experience compared to other resorts in the area as they have loud music and a very upbeat vibe. The food is also very good. Will be back :)

The beach has a lot of seaweed (so dirty) Expedia offers to me transport airport-hotel-airport for free (I asked for) and they (Expedia-Temptation) didn´t give me the service even I asked.
