La propiedad no esta apropiada para ser un all inclusive,poca variedad de comida ,mucha gente en el buffet en espacio reducido.llegamos a la instalación temprano y no pudimos desayunar habiéndole pagados el all inclusive hasta las 3 de la tarde no pedimos hacer uso de ese desecho viviendo con niños Enla habitacion no había nada en el refrigerator siendo un todo inclusive lo cual no entrndemos,la piscina sucias y y poco esoacio para diversión, aunque el personal de la piscina si estuvo muy amable tos el tiempo.no lo recomiendo

I do enjoy this place. 3rd time staying here for extended visits. Cons: construction at different areas of resort. I understand there will be upgrades. The construction this year is one of the pools. Work performing all day so it is a bit noisy. I did not come here for the pool however nor do I stay at the resort during the day. This is not a huge deal for me. Steps. Lots and lots of steps. Everywhere. I cannot spell the word steps without walking into another flight of steps. Everywhere. When I go solo to this place, I do not mind. I could however tell that my party I brought became tired of them very quick. Location. So with Emporio, we r is cheaper, but the location is not the best. No quick shopping or great food at quick notice. Again, I do not mind getting an uber, taxi, or walking. The party I brought did however not enjoy shuttling around everytime. Buffet. I never do the all inclusive. I don’t drink and the food is just average. I did not come here for a buffet. I came for local food. The pros: staff is amazing. Clean. Always clean. Staff is always ready to help. Air conditioning is awesome. Beach is great (make sure it is not seaweed season), I will be back next year around the same time. Thank you Emporio!!!!!!

Our arrival was 1 pm. And you do not have access to all inclusive until 3 pm. That’s a first for us had we known we would have stayed at our other hotel. They had both restaurants booked and they told us that we needed 24 hours in advanced to reserve. (FYI they never ever sent a welcome/future notification).The ambiance was too wild for our family and I have 10/13 year olds. Several parents had their young kids in the all adult swim up bar and the parents were very loud and drunk. The bar at the sports bar the ladies that served the drinks did not acknowledge or provide me with an apology after they served me a vodka Tonic with broken plastic parts on the cup. Btw the vodka Tonic is tonic from the hose. Not from a can in case you know, that, that is important. The place is poorly maintained with a lot of damage exterior and interior. The seat for the vanity were very old you sink in them when you sit. The mattress was very old. The toilet is poorly maintained. So we did not use the all inclusive at all! Buffet looked in bad condition. With many kids touching food with hands. The ambiance was very “no sabo” community. With a lot of need of using foul language and getting hammered with kids by their sides. Also be aware that their are female solicitors in the beach area after 11pm. Right next to hotel. The nice staff was reception and the bell boys. All other staff were not nice nor welcoming. The housekeeping were loud. The ratings are lies and it is spam/AI. I have pictures.

The hotel itself was nice even though there was some issues with the elevators, my main issue with this hotel was that when I booked the room online it made it look like I was getting an ALL INCLUSIVE experience but when I got to the hotel the front desk staff told me I had only booked a room, so I had to purchase an all inclusive wrists bands for my family and I. I felt blindsided by the hotel and expedia for not making this information clear in their website. Another issue I had was that after getting the all inclusive wrist bands, there was still certain drinks or meals that weren't part of the all inclusive plan, at this point I had to be conscious of anything I was ordering because it felt like there was hidden fees everywhere I looked. For example room service was part of the all inclusive but there was a fee for delivery service. Another one is that beach beds that were by the hotel's pool also came with a fee. My last issue was the staff, I would say 2 out of 10 people were nice and helpful anyone else always had an attitude and was agitated. It made me feel unwanted at a place I had booked for a relaxing vacation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let me begin by saying the staff try's hard to please .. The layout of the hotel can be difficult for those that have difficulty with stairs. I found the food selections to be limited with limited salad selections. You would expect to have an outdoor bar overlooking the water, but the options were limited to a pool bar with loud music or an indoor sports bar with limited seating. Rooms are nice but as an overall resort experience, I feel this property is not geared to the US A.I. market.

Loved the property and its diect accessibility to the beach. The property was under renovations so not all the pools were available and the pools they did have seemed to have a lot less water. (weird right!?) We got the super saver room and I was pleasantly impressed. Room was clean, updated, and I didnt have any complaints about the beds and pillows. (We slept very well) we also got theakl inclusive and we weren't disappointed, the food was so good! No need to go out and get food. They even have 3 restaurants you can get reservations for that come along with your all inclusive. We booked with Expedia and didnt have any issues with the reservation. They even accomodated our room to be close to our friends who had areived the day before. You'll love it, we will be coming back soon! ❤️
