「Air conditioner was fully working. Room was clean but carpet was dirty the bottom of my white socks would have black marks and I didn't like how we had to pay for breakfast.」

「Hello, the rooms were clean the breakfast buffet with excellent but the staffing when I check in I had an issue with one of the rooms that I pay for AC and the AC was not working. The door wasn’t unlocking properly either and the only thing they told me if I didn’t like it then I had to leave at midnight at that time. I was not gonna be able to find a place to stay at midnight so I thought that was mean and considerate because I made reservation for four rooms and I’m like if one of your rooms...
