「muy buena ubicacion, cumple con los servicios basicos, el personal es atento, 3 detalles que no me gustaron y por los que no volvere, el elevador no servia y tuve que subir 3 pisos con nenes de 3 años, cuando pedi toallas estaban viejaas y deshilachadas para mi buena suerte lleve las de mis niños yo, si no, sinceramente no los hubiera bañado, por ultimo el desayuno estaba muy malo preferimos solo comer yogurt」

「Property kept charging us twice for every purchase. Room, restaurant, drinks, everything. Front desk staff was no help. Manager was even worse. Kept blaming Expedia for double room charge. Expedia kept blaming the front desk. Nobody would take accountability. We were supposed to have working stove and microwave in our one bedroom suite. We didn’t, front desk manager tried to tell us the room didn’t come with one but it specifically stated on reservation it did. General manager has no clue...
