不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
I liked the easy access to the beach and the overall view of the facilities. I didn’t like the bathroom of the room we got because the toilet cover was dirty, old, and scraped, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The shower door was small, rusty, and moldy. We were waken up by the fire alarm beeping, which they didn’t fix until the next day (someone just came and took it out).
The view from the room was great through the glass door, but there was no screen door so our first night we were eaten by mosquitoes. We told housekeeper the next day and she said she was going to talk to management to see if we could switch rooms, since the place was nearly empty, but that didn’t happen. At the end of our stay, we shared our experience with the guy that was there, he just told us “oh too bad, but next time you can just reserve a different room”.
We will not be going there anymore.
