「El personal de recepción fueron muy atentos y en cuanto habitación y servicio muy bien. Solo que deberían de estar más atentos en el personal del restaurante ya que están muy mal organizado.」

「Great option to stay in Rosarito」

「A little spendy and wanted to charge for every little item.」

「The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for.」

「Like the peacefulness and the atmosphere, felt safe will be back.」

「Habitación muy limpia y agradable para estar. Con ubicación muy buena y es seguro」
