「Check us in and made us walk down 4 flights of stairs just to find out they gave us a room someone was already in it. Plus then there is no elevator so everything had to be carried then to the top floor. 100% was poor service. Fan in the room didn’t work, there was no screen door so if the window was open flys and mosquitoes got in. They were supposed to send someone to fix it but never did in the 4 days we were there. Terrible service by employees. 」

「Clean room. Free parking & no deposit was required . Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s also places to eat walking distance from there . There was no restaurant although in the description it said there was . Overall it was a nice stay and I would return again .」

「This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When I took a shower, the drain overflowed, and there were also issues with the water not working properly. For the price, I expected much better service and basic working amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.」

「The property offered good value for the price we paid. While the rooms were pleasant, it would have been more convenient to have a mini-fridge, as we needed to purchase ice on three separate occasions. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive.」

「The rooms are pretty run down, there is no AC and no hot water. The windows have no screens so if you want to open your window it’ll just be wide open. Because of this, it was hard to relax and sleep. You can hear every little noise. I got my purse stolen at the beach which held the key to our hotel room. When I got to the hotel and told them I had lost the key they sarcastically congratulated me which I did not appreciate given the situation. All in all, I would not recommend.」

「We arrived at 4:45pm, well after check in and our room was not ready. While we were checking in a couple was requesting a refund due to their room being way too hot. After about 45 mins they ended up giving us the room they were requesting a refund for. The location is beautiful but the only issue we could not get past was how hot the villa was. They do not have AC. The rooms have fans that really don’t do much. We kept both doors open in attempt to allow fresh air but that really didn’t do...
