「⭐️ 1 Star Stay away from this property. Our entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Our original room had no working AC, and we were told we needed to upgrade our room, which was completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was also in terrible condition. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. We brought our concerns to management, but instead of working with us to resolve the situation, we were essentially left with no reasonable option. At...

「We stayed in Coronado Tower ocean view. We had an issue with a bird getting into the vents and left a nasty smell after they removed the bird. I went to the front desk and they had no problem moving us to another room. The rooms can use some upgrades when it comes to the dresser and night stand but I don’t care much about that… as long as the rooms are clean (which they are) I enjoy being able to walk from the hotel down to the beach and walking down from the beach to live music, food and good...

「Had a nice stay, very glad we got the room with AC. The room and property was very clean, the bed was comfortable but the sheets were thin and rough. The food at restaraunt was good, the Friday entertainment was great, walkable to the local shops and food. Loved the petting zoo & the views were great!」
