「Hotel is good. It’s old but seems like the management is doing their best to upkeep it. Not ADA friendly at all. Keep that in mind. Stairs everywhere, steep ones and no good flow for pedestrians. We stayed in a villa front row and it was a total challenge with my mom and my pregnant wife to get by. Other than that - hotel is good. Breakfast could be included and that will make a lot of a difference for the price.」

He personally walked us around the property, showed us where everything was, took us to the restaurant, and even helped us bring all of our belongings to our room. 「Slice doors don't lock. A man open and go inside our room ,we don't feel safe anymore and we leave the same night. Rooms smell terrible. I reported ,not recommended」

「Room was very clean nice only ! Room had Avery bad sewage smell from restroom ! Had to turn a/c to filter air overnight and keep restroom door closed ! In order to reduce the very bad smell , I filled complaint with the front desk」

「I woulda moved in forever if I could have! Such a beautiful property, staff and amenities! This was a last minute trip while visiting the west coast from SC so of course I took the leap for my 1st time in Tijuana. We felt very safe and welcomed, even the crazy celebrations brought a positive happy vibe and not a neuissance- so happy to have experienced it at this lovely hotel!
