「Excellent location and the room was very comfortable with working air conditioning , hot water for showering and comfortable beds. The hotel felt very safe as they had a security guard on site and good parking within hotel premises. Our room had an ocean view and there was a terrace with tables and chairs where guests could sit outside and enjoy the view from. The only suggestion is to upgrade the TVs as they are not smart TVs. We were disappointed we couldn’t watch Netflix or other streaming...

「To start we were upgraded to a room with AC. I can say that this hotel has amazing staff. Helpful and the customer service oriented of any upscale hotel!! The room was clean, not spotless but clean. The free breakfast was good. The only thing lacking is a good wash and polish on all the floors. For the price i would definitely say again!」

「The staff here were amazing and attentive. The bungalows are cute and come with a fridge and coffee maker. Not fancy but private and very near the strip. They do get a bit chilly in the winter. The parking lot is gated and has security. We really enjoyed our trip and will be staying here again.」

Recepcionista puede explicar ciertas cosas en el check in y no lo hicieron, por ejemplo decir que tenía desayuno incluido y que requería un ticket para poder canjearlo y que el huésped debe autorizar la limpieza del cuarto diario. Todo lo demás muy bien. 」
