I traveled with young kids and it was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing 10/10. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was perfect with the exeption that there is no air conditioner. If these villas had air conditioner it would be a 10/10. Please consider gettign an AC! Your visitors would be more comfortable and would probably come more often!! Please consider.

Staying here was actually very beautiful. The only thing is they’re under construction so it’s very difficult to figure out where you need to go and how you need to check in but overall it’s a beautiful place to stay.

I liked that the property was gated had a private beach area pools and jacuzzi clean I didn't like that we had planned to barbeque and the bbq was broken in Our Villa and the outdoor pool area was dirty They charged us upon exit an additional 16.95 per day i'm still a bit clueless on that a hotel fee. Shouldn't that be included in our reservation? other than that the stay is comfortable

If you are looking for a true beach front experience it does not get better than this! I loved my stay here. I read the reviews saw people’s complaints but did not find any of those things to be true. I loved the security checking us in and out at the gate. Traveling as a single mother with daughters, I felt very safe. The women at check-in were friendly. It’s Mexico and it is not the same service/room you’ll get at a U.S chain hotel but personally I loved the price, security, and LOCATION! ME ENCANTO TODO! I LOBED EVERYTHING!
