Everything from the staff, the room, and the property were amazing. Our butlers Moses and Itzel were so incredibly nice and helpful. Every employee we came across was happy, helpful, and friendly. We don’t typically return to the same resorts as we like to try new places but we are already planning a second trip to TRS.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! I upgraded my stay and was worth every penny! The Chic Show/floating breakfast etc all were amazing, though it rained on breakfast day which couldn’t be helped. I do hope more night entertainment like DJs on the TRS side/silent party not in the kids area. Our butlers Antonio, Miguel and Francisco were so sweet and made sure everything down to the detailed were amazing! We plan to go back and try to get the master suite, but is unavailable on Expedia unfortunately. Thank you TRS!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a natural getaway. The resort had much less of a tacky vibe compared to other resorts we’ve seen, and the check-in and dining options were giving off a higher-end luxury vibe. We are huge fans of wildlife so we were pleased to spot a ton on the resort! The beach was extremely walkable, unlike what we expected based on other reviews. There were golf cart shuttles everywhere but walking to every place aside from dinner was our form of daily exercise. Definitely book this resort if you enjoy walking through nature and want a more quiet and tranquil getaway. The staff here beat any other resort we stayed at in Mexico too— they were awesome!

Room smelled of mold and check in pressured us to tell our friends anout resort via expedia. Staff was outstanding. Butlers Moises, Carlos and Itzel went above and beyond and Luigi at the Infinity pool took great care of us. Julio and Luis were excellent bellmen who drove us to check out and our room at check in with care. The Infinity pool has some safety concerns as there is a huge chip in the stairs by Io bar that i cut my foot on and you cant see the stairs well under water. Bright tape outlining the stairs would help. The stargazing acttivity is not to be missed, such great experts that TRS brought in! One main issue is that the buffet food is not hot or even warm, very disappointing

Sehr schönes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Strand war leider stark von Seegras betroffen, wofür das Hotel nichts konnte – das Personal war jedoch stets bemüht, alles zu reinigen, damit Baden möglich blieb. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weshalb man auf das Cable Car bzw. interne Fahrzeuge angewiesen ist; die Wartezeiten dafür können recht lang sein. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Hotel advertises 5 star but the service and amenities received were extremely inconsistent. We were informed that we will have a $600 credit as part of our booking. We charged several items to our room including SPA services. Unfortunately, at checkout is when they want to tell us that it is not a credit, but that we should have been provided a coupon book that is equal to $600 in savings? That is very different than what is advertised as part of the Silver VIP Benefit and we feel cheated. Service was inconsistent, some staff members were exceptional including Butler Gabriel, he provided great service. Some were NOT which included the other Butler Alexis. All food reservations were booked up quickly and we were left with no reservation or needed to eat either really early or really late. Helios restaurant the dinner took an hr and 40 minutes to come out! and when it did it was cold. Room service arrived cold and missed items. The BBQ food by the inifiti pool is horrible please elevate, however the food by the private beach was much better. Room was nice but TV did not work when we checked in, AC also did not work, and eventually the sink was clogged. Room felt very muggy and often time sheets felt wet because of it. We did not report he sink because we did not feel like being bothered at this point. We were excited for the Rocas Pool, to find out it was seaweed infested and did not look sanitary to swim in. I did not see anyone in there the entire time. We will not return

The resort was beautiful. The infinity pool was extraordinary, and service there was perfect. The spa pools and hydrotherapy areas were stunning. Most of my means were wonderful, but we were disappointed with El Gaucho. The food wasn't great and the service was less knowledgeable. We did not enjoy the cabaret performance--too loud and relentless for a dining experience.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent booking at the Yukatan TRS Hotel (adults only) in Mexico due to the misleading information provided on your website. When researching accommodation options, I was very specific about my needs and expectations. One of the key criteria for my booking was the availability of racquetball/squash courts, as stated on your website. I chose to book my stay, which cost over $5,000, based on this information because I was preparing to participate in a provincial squash tournament shortly after my arrival. To my dismay, upon check-in, I learned that there are no squash or racquetball courts available at the hotel. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel staff, they were unaware of the information listed on your website, which added to my frustration. I would not have booked my stay at this hotel had I known that the court facilities were not available. Furthermore, the accommodations included a promise of a bottle of sparkling wine, which I requested on three occasions but never received. Instead, a bottle of rosé was left in my room the night before my departure, which was not what was promised. I was also unaware that the resort does not permit Uber or local taxis on the premises. This lack of information caused me to lose money on a pre-booked airport transfer, as the company refused to provide a refund after learning of the restrictions.

Room was fine. Wait staff was great. Amenities were excellent. Service upon arrival was lackluster. Had to remind them of the various Expedia perks. Didn’t get the coupon book until about 3 days into a 6 day stay. Friends who recommended were also there. Their concierge was thoughtful and enhanced their stay. Made the best of it but there was a lack of attention to detail.
