「The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

「This resort was good not great compared to others we’ve stayed at in the area. Our two biggest complains were that the seaweed made the beach unusable and the initial salesmanship when you walk in the door. The resort did make efforts to remove the seaweed, and possibly the time of year we visited played into the severity, but the smell was overwhelmingly displeasing. 「Beautiful large property. Overall the stay was good enough. Checking was a little hectic. The woman who took care of our room was exceptional and the highlight of our stay also the man who took care of the minibar and snacks. Many restaurants but since the resort has 2 sides you have to travel far if you want to explore all of them.
