「We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) 」

「First impression was not so good as the lobby looked dated. For me, that was a bad sign because I had a feeling the rooms looked dated as well. We selected the Junior Swim out room and it was horrible. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling and looked very dated, you could barely see your reflection in the mirror. Tiles on the room floors were cracked in some areas and the shower had sewage smell coming from the drain. There was still a wet towel sitting on one of the loungers out on the patio....

「It was beautiful. Pool freezing cold. But it’s the time of year. Pool outside of room was so cold we couldn’t get in it. People were amazing. Sea weed was hard. Food delightful. 」

「I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!」

「The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. We enjoyed volleyball, live music, bike ride into Akumal and other shows put on by the entertainment team. There was always something to do if you wanted to be interactive. Jose was our pool...

「This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. 」

「Excellent family-friendly vacation in a peaceful tropical setting complete with coatis, flamingos, and monkeys. Large inviting pool (deep so bring a floatie!) + fabulous little kids splash/slides area. Spacious resort - you would never think the hotel is actually sold out as there's always room for all. 」
