「Enjoyed our quick stay here. Felt safe the whole time. Wonderful staff. Did not end up doing the cenote excursion. Pools were relaxing but kind of crowded since the beach was full of sargassum. The hotel did a good job of trying to clean up the beach as much as possible and we were able to enjoy the water on our last day. Would go back.」

「Loved the grounds, pretty big resort, could walk quite a bit. Loved the food, beach cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, no standing in line at restaurants. Really liked that we could snorkel at the resort. Some complain that there are rocks at the beach, but that's exactly what gave as the chance do a lot of snorkeling. Huge pools, always available lounges. Great resort.」
